Book Bundles - Gift for all occassions 

I ordered books of this company for my sons birthday in Feb, received an email saying that the bundles would be dispatched within 5-7 working days. After 2 weeks I received a dispatched email but nothing materialised at my address and after another 2 weeks I contacted the seller. She claimed it had been dispatched but perhaps had been lost in post so she sent out another pack which arrived in 3 days. The bundle was fab and I was impressed so decided to give them the benefit of doubt.
Shortly after I noticed them selling kids backpacks on special offer and the bags looked super cute so I ordered again. I got the same email reply that items would be dispatched inside 5-7 days so when a month passed I emailed them, got a rather rude email saying due to demand it was taking longer and that I could have a refund, I emailed back saying I still wanted my items. A week later I received a dispatched email but I have now waited another month and despite multiple emails to the company have got no reply. I have also messaged them through Facebook but again no reply. I just want my money back now as I've had enough of this company, they are quick enough to take my money 😤

I was a little skeptical about ordering from Book Bundles with the too good to be true prices and upon researching reviews I found a few that weren't great...so I paid with paypal incase I needed to claim a refund.

I didn't receive a dispatch confirmation but when I rang, the order had been sent out and I was given a tracking number to check myself.

The next day my order arrived.

I ordered a set of books which never arrived. I always receive post and nothing ever goes missing. Anyway book bundles refunded me and as I had decided to give them the benefit of the doubt I tried to order again. I paid by paypal and knew I could get a refund through paypal if all else failed. Anyway again nothing arrived, after a week I got an email which was very cleverly worded and spaced. At first glance it looked like confirmation that my order had been dispatched, however when I scrolled through the massive spaces in the email it said the books were damaged and wouldn't be dispatched and I would receive a refund. The refund never materialised. I eventually got my refund through paypal. This company is a scam and as they as offering low cost items they are banking on people not bothering to chase refunds .....do not buy from book bundles ! Robbing gits !

I bought book which was costly. But they provided next day recorded delivery which was amazed me.

I ordered at 3pm and my books arrived at my house by 9am in the morning. The books were packaged very well and my roald Dahl 15 book collection was in a mint condition. I defiantly recomand EVERYONE to use it, if you have not tried them.

On Many sites it takes time find a comple series books one by one and then adding to card. But on Book Bundles site this task is already prepared hence the site is efficient.

If you cannot find a book series you require then simply email them and they create the series set for you.

As most series sets are priced below 50% of rrp then it is safe to say that their prices are equally affordable and reasonable in price.
