(This is my letter to this company) they made a fake design.

(This is my letter to this company. In my case, they were very dishonest and made a fake design ( they used artificial intelligence).

To mr. Rafay, (the CEO of this company),

A few months ago, I hired this company to design my book, 85 pages long. I decided to do it because I thought an English company was trustworthy and honest.
This was my first book, I'm still starting out, the book is very simple, however, I paid the amount required to have the book cover made by a competent professional as per the company's advertising.
However, these days I discovered an artificial intelligence that does this work, and, to my surprise, there was a design just like the one in my book. I was outraged because this was not what I expected from a company that claims to be trustworthy and honest.
You gentlemen despised my book, treated it with disdain and dishonesty, That cannot be done.
Therefore, I understood that Emily didn't know where to put drawings inside the book, I think she was the one who made this design. He was not a professional in the area.
Besides, I paid for more things that I don't even remember.
I didn't want to do it on other websites, in other countries because they advertise and don't do what they promise.

But anyway, I discovered that you are part of those who promise a professional design and use of artificial intelligence, at least in my case. You treated me with contempt and disrespect in this case. That is wrong!
I don't want your money back, or anything, because life always grants a return for what we do.

I think you did this because, besides not being English, I'm a simple immigrant; that's why all this fake work you did.

Kind regards,

Josenaldo Silva.
