While 62% are happy with their service…
While 62% are happy with their service , the other 38% , are not .I dealt with them this morning, paid their subscription fee, and got no joy when told them , it had been paid , wanted a screenshot of my card!! that I paid with .. possible glitch in the system and was told to calm down .. this is the second time I 've had issues with this company, just be careful, when dealing with this lot , shows no empathy

Sorry to hear that you had issues. As explained we hadn't received any booking or payment from you. You aren't on our system. You might have used some other website for your booking. There is no glitch in the system. We asked for a proof of purchase so that we can enquire and help you further to which we was told that payment is on hold by your bank. We process all our payments through PayPal which is most secured. Unfortunately since there's no trace or proof of your booking we was unable to locate it. We proud on our excellent customer service but unfortunately since no proof provided we weren't able to help further.

I have to say that I have been so impressed with the service. They have changed appointments and been super-efficient. Do ask for other test centres in case the one closest to you is popular as you might get an earlier test date. Thank you and fingers crossed my son passes second time round!
