Customer service was amazing, on numerous occasions they talked me through my options over the phone and went above and beyond to suggest how I can get the best deal for what I needed. After selecting the Fast Track option I went from uploading the files on Monday to receiving the books on that Wednesday, at super reasonable rates even with the additions I got. I would recommend BookPrintingUK to anyone.

Friendly and efficient service from the word go. They are a great company. I was able to explain what I wanted and change my mind through the process. Beth made everything so easy. I'm delighted with their work and plan to use them again.

Absolute patience shown when I wanted to change things a couple of times after the initial file designs were sent.

All round great for me! Quick to repond to queries, helpful with technical issues and with stuff like mirror margins, resolutions, conversions. Printed proof was really useful to check colour accuracy and image detail. Printed copies arrived when they were proimised and of consistent quality. And excellent price!

I have used this company for nine years now, to produce an annual yearbook.
Every year, time after time, the books have been faultless. And they have always arrived in perfect condition, because the packing team are marvellous.
After nine years you would think I should have everything off to a “T”, but occasionally some guidance or assistance is required, and everyone I have ever spoken to on the phone, or by email, has been efficient and ever so helpful, especially in recent years, Natalie and Beth.
I would heartily recommend Book Printing to anybody, and this recommendation comes with the usual disclaimer; I have absolutely no connection with this company at all.
