I made the mistake of giving my details to this crowd only to then be sent emails after emails, txts, phonecalls by both Bookwriters.us and their sister company bookwritinginc.com.

They just never stop even when I have called them, replied via email, asked them on facebook etc.

After I wrote a negative review of bookwritersinc.com four phantom reviews appeared on my own profile within the day.

Clearly, not a customer-focused company and not complying with th laws in relation to spamming and customer lists sharing.

Reputable companies do not need to resort to these levels. Clearly, I'm not the only person who has had a problem with them judging on some of the reviews and this company is not at all interested in customer experience.

I got a text from them stating their will be able to help me with my book. First I thought it was a spam text so just to make sure I replied back to their text saying yes. Within few mins i got a call from them and there walked me through the whole process. There asked me to call there number just to make sure Im completely satisfied. Finally I was helped with my book until i got exactly what i wanted. Thank you guys it was wonderful working with you guys. Hope to use your services again

As mentioned already, this company is sending spam through texts. I would never do business with a company that's harvested my phone number to send me spam without my permission.

This company sends out spam text messages. That alone makes them extremely untrustworthy. I would never consider using them.

I used Bookwriters for my life story book which was also published by them, I did have a couple of revisions before publishing but bookwriters made sure all the revisions were fulfilled and also got my book published
