Bad, I ordered a vinyl set on June 9th, they never shipped out my package, bad customer service. They told me they would send out another package three times but every time they say this, they never sent it out.

Time wasters. Do a stock take and update your inventory.

Boomkat is an amazing service, if you are looking for vinyls that may not be very easy to get this is your store, would definitely buy from here again.

NPF’s comment is ridiculous and petty. I’ve been shopping at Boomkat for a very long time and the customer service has always been brilliant. The quality of the records are top notch and Dean always responds to my queries with a kind, speedy response. The only criticism that I have is that Boomkat’s great service isn’t making my bank account very happy. Keep up the good work!

I get most of my records from Boomkat. Sevice is top-notch and in case a question arises Dean is always quick to respond!

Dean needs work on his customer service.Heavily warped record. Was asked to send video of damage. Spend time making video and uploading to Youtube only to be told it wasn't warped enough and I can't exchange for a replacement. Is that even legal? Avoid at all costs.

I occasionally use Boomkat for MP3 and physical purchases. A real specialist for electronic and eclectic music; no commercial manufactured rubbish here, nor production-line dancefloor material (that is not to say that there is not a huge selection of superb electronic dance music here) Never had a problem with ordering from them, and look out for their 14tracks.com compilations of 14 themed curated mp3s for just £6.86 (half price) A fantastic introduction to all manner of styles and artists can be gained.

Real advices, high quality music, cheap, intelligent, good customer service, easy to use. Sell CDs, LPs (post - pretty quick) or mp3/Flac (download).
