I bought a washing machine which was shown as available on the website. Then after 2 days I've got an email that they sent it to a shipping company and I should receive a call in 2-4 working days (even if on website a delivery time was something about 1-3 days). I still haven't received any call from the shipping company and actually link in the email and on their website links to 2 different shipping companies. I've also sent a message to service @boomstore.de yesterday, but still nothing from them . If I would know that it will took so long I definitely would not buy anything on this store. I'm very close to ask for money back.

Hello Evgeny,
we have already been in contact with the transport company yesterday and today.
All delivery dates have to be advised by phone and the tranport company has tried to call you now 3 times on your mobile phone number.
You should have messages on your phone mailbox.
Please reply to the message and contact the transport company for a delivery time.
Sorry for the inconvenience, but this is a normal procedure for all shipments via lorry.
