Scam scam scam
Website has now disappeared, if it wasn't for trust pilot and the reviews I would have never found out I'd been had by these scammers. It also comes up on my credit card as an automotive parts, accessories store

Don't buy , I simply want a refund of my preorder which under UK trading laws I aim entitled too prior to dispatch.
I been sent a AI generated email preventing me to have a refund because the item has yet to be dispatched/arrived in their possession this is abosutley incorrect
I thought I was taking a step in the right direction when I ordered from Boosterbay. But once they get your money, they just walk all over you and disappear faster than a sock in the dryer. They toe the line between shady and downright criminal
They really put their worst foot forward, and I’ll be limping away from this experience for a long time.
Don’t trip up like I did. Avoid Boosterbay
Fake website with fake details. No actual works or stock at the address posted. Avoid like the plague unless you want to get scammed.
Scam website. Back end information doesn't match and they don't respond to emails.
DO NOT BUY as they are 100% fake are not even a business.

Fake avoid at all costs, are not giving me my money back after requesting a refund.
I would avoid at all costs and report them from fraud

Saw some TCG in stock that are almost impossible to get. Seemingly infinite stock on this website, which is very suspicious on its own. A little bit of research shows that all of the website is a scam, the images are taken from the internet (reverse-search), as is the phone number and other parts.
Avoid this website.

“BoosterBay? More like BoosterBust. Tried to preorder some Pokémon goodies here and ended up with nothing but disappointment. Feels like they trained a Snorlax to run a business—slow, lazy, and completely unhelpful.
Their 5-star reviews? Totally fake. I’ve seen more credibility in a Magikarp trying to learn Hyper Beam. If you want a website that promises the world but delivers exactly zero, congratulations—you’ve found your champion.
Do yourself a favor: run away faster than a Jolteon in Quick Attack. BoosterBay = ScamBay.”

Bro thought he could waltz in and make some quick tendies by knocking up a scam site, but it has backfired and he is now on full-time damage control in the reviews. Nice Chinglish, homeslice.

⚠️ This company shows clear signs of being fake:
• CEO and team photos are stolen from the internet
• Phone number is copied from elsewhere
• Website was only created last week in Canada
• Reviews are from the U.S., though they only claim to ship to the U.K. and Australia
• Instagram followers are all bots
• The “London store” doesn’t exist
• Their supposed Marseille office is fake
• Still no refund, even though they claim to have sent it — a clear lie

Scam, will take your money but shop does not exist, positive reviews are fake (people based in US but shop only ships to UK/Aus). Refuse to cancel preorders despite consumer law stating you have 14 days to change your mind. Do not fall for it.

Scam site. Images of CEO and others taken from the web. Reverse search and you’ll find the real people.
Phone number is stolen (Google it) and if you search the website for info on its creation you will see it was made last week, and is based in Canada. Odd that people in the US are leaving reviews here when they apparently only ship to the UK and Australia. Furthermore, their Instagram has paid for bot followers only, and their shop “opening on 1st Nov” is London is still available To Let. It supposedly has a base in Marseille France as well which doesn’t exist. AVOID.
They have claimed to have cancelled and refunded the charge which is not true.
Avoid at all costs, this is a scam website.

Scam site. DO NOT USE!!
The images of the CEO and other team members appear to be taken from the internet — a reverse image search reveals they are actually of unrelated people. The listed phone number is also stolen (you can confirm this by Googling it). A quick check shows that the website itself was only created last week and is registered in Canada.
Strangely, there are reviews from people in the U.S., even though the company claims to only ship to the U.K. and Australia. Their Instagram following is made up entirely of paid-for bot accounts, and the store they announced as “opening on November 1st” in London is still listed as available to let. They also claim to have a base in Marseille, France, but no such location exists.
