Our system doesn't give followers, only interacts with users you specify using the targeting you setup. You might want to check your targeting. If your hashtags are spam/porn hashtags thats who you will interact with. We have many spam filters you can apply to your account as well. There is a 24/7 live chat you can use for help getting setup or to answer any questions as to what hashtags are getting you the followers you don't want. You can also add negative keywords to block any bad accounts. If you want to give the trial another chance I can increase it a week and you can get setup properly.
Update: After looking into your account I see you are using spam targeted keywords "ff,fff,followforfollowback,follow4followback" and have limited negative keywords. I extended your trial, and removed those keywords. I will also add some more negative keywords.

Major increase in ads. Now there are more ads on my feed than followers

I give Boostio 5 stars for their customer service. I like the fact that they have a chat area where you are assigned to a representative. My representative has taken care of me every I had a problem with my account. I recommend Boostio to those wanting to grow their account in an organic way to reach the niche you are looking for and interact with followers in that specific niche!

Just a carousel of their clients
All they do is throw all their clients in a carousel and just like and follow each other nothing else no targeting and you’re putting in hashtags for no reason I know this for fact I have two separate accounts completely unrelated targeting and they both get followers and likes from the same exact accounts including both accounts.

Actually what you are seeing is our internal likes that help boost your hashtag and location posts. That is one method to help you get seen by your targeted audience (based on your hashtag and location). That is an extra service, that can also be disabled, which it seems to be on your account already. Our targeting works very well, anything and everything you add to your targeting is used to reach out to your target audience via likes, comments and follows. If you look into your Instagram account and view your actions, you will see the likes/comments/posts and you can verify that the targeting is on point. As long as that is setup well, you will see engagement and growth from your target audience.
