I have NEVER once written a bad review. I feel so strongly about Boostly's poor ethics I had to share.
Their product seemed to offer solutions I was looking for to improve the guest booking experience. Before any services were rendered, it became clear their proposed solutions would not improve the guest experience. This raised immediate concerns about their commitment to truly understanding and meeting client needs.
Despite no services being provided, Boostly refused a refund, rigidly adhering to their terms and conditions. This reveals a company prioritizing profit over customer satisfaction and ethical business practices.
I attempted many times over weeks to appeal to their ethical side with no success. Potential clients should carefully assess their needs and Boostly's proposed solutions before committing, as their refund policy offers little flexibility in situations like mine.
I felt confident they could help so I signed up. Unfortunately, I experienced their ethical lapses after signing the contract.

A voucher to an unethical business holds no value. Retaining payment for services never rendered, despite knowing the solutions were unsuitable, is just plain wrong. It is not my nature to do this publicly but I after weeks of patronizing responses I felt I needed to let others know. Please do the right thing.

By far the worst experience I've had as a vacation rental company with a partner. The website they built never worked correctly for the 6 months that it was live. They didn't have enough support to manage the issues that arose and getting in touch with the right person was virtually impossible.

Their main selling point is to teach you how to bring in direct bookings. However, this is essentially a marketing strategy aimed at getting you to subscribe to their content, which primarily focuses on teaching marketing. Direct bookings ultimately require learning marketing, and this can be achieved through less expensive subscriptions and without the need for an expensive WordPress-built website
The CRM is not theirs. Their value proposition is connecting WordPress sites with predefined templates to your PMS. The cost for the website build is around $4,000, which isn’t unique and could be achieved for less with freelancers.
Additionally, there’s a $97/month subscription fee, even after paying such a high upfront cost.
Before proceeding, I recommend evaluating whether your PMS already has the capability to support a website. A more cost-effective alternative might be connecting a CRM to your PMS, allowing the PMS to handle website maintenance at a much lower price.
Based on my experience, this isn’t a company I would choose again. I wish I had been more informed before committing. Their real value appears to be their videos, which teach marketing strategies—but even that comes at a recurring £97/month cost.
Once I discovered this, I rejected their service before completing the onboarding material. However, they refused to refund my money. Their contracts are strong and tightly written to prevent anyone from opting out easily.
I would recommend pursuing an instalment plan, as I did, to de-risk the nature of the project.

I am a vacation rental specialist with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Over the years, I’ve worked with platforms like MyVR, Escape, Guesty, and most recently, Hostaway, which has brought us a lot of satisfaction.
Wanting to improve our website experience, we decided to partner with Boostly.co.uk, which advertises seamless integration with Hostaway to automatically feed all property management software (PMS) information directly to the website.
After a lengthy and somewhat disjointed integration process—initially with an unresponsive contact and then another representative—we finally got the website launched.
However, nine months later, we are still dealing with unresolved issues, which make us question the effectiveness of the API integration. Problems include syncing of descriptions, pictures, rates, and calendars. One of the most concerning instances was missing a direct booking because available dates were not showing correctly on the site.
Our primary frustration lies with syncing pictures and descriptions. Each time we update pictures, the website layout becomes disorganized, requiring us to manually check and fix everything. Addresses randomly appear and disappear, and text doesn’t display as it should. Despite assurances since February that the API team was implementing fixes, these issues persist.
Most recently, we were advised to manually remove all outdated information and then sync new details—essentially abandoning the automatic syncing feature we initially signed up for. This defeats the purpose of an integrated system.
We also requested a pause in invoicing until these issues are resolved, but this request went unanswered. Interestingly, the invoicing system seems to work consistently, even as other aspects of the service falter.
Boostly has ambitious goals for helping property managers and owners, and I do appreciate the effort to respond to support messages. However, in our case, we’ve been stuck in a loop of unresolved problems for nine months.
I would still welcome an opportunity to work together to finally resolve these issues and bring the service up to the standard that was promised. We remain hopeful for a resolution that restores confidence in Boostly’s potential.

The onboarding process was a disaster. The site crashed, and it took 3 weeks to get it live. The support after it went live was non-existent. I was impressed with Mark, but very disappointed with Boostly. The company reneged on its guarantee based on technical issues that were Boostly's fault.

The most frustrating experience trying to actually get hold of someone to help with a major issue. After 6 emails, 40 hours, messenger DMs Instagram DM and bot chat sessions, my website is still down.
I have had to book an ‘onboarding session’ with a different team to be able to actually make contact with a human.
For £97 a month, I really would expect someone to at least acknowledge a support email the same day as it is received.
