Just traveled around the country only lost reception in mountains...that's 👍 great I know I'm safe with this carrier and it's cheap

Great customer service. Quick answers to my question phone service is great.

As a loyal LONG-time customer, I truly appreciate the rates, great reception everywhere I go regularly, and support when I need it (rarely). I wish I could get disgruntled friends and relatives who subscribe to other carriers to switch, but apparently the complexity of their bundled plans makes switching too much trouble and expense

I've been with them from the time of the Virgin Mobile transfer, and have no problem with the service, etc., and no plan or interest in switching.
Perhaps the timing was right, as I was able to upgrade to the 5g Moto g stylus when my LG Stylo Phone became unusable and I didn't have to upgrade my plan!

So Far one off the best companies in USA.

I think it's great because if you can't pay your bill you can get an extension or $10 they will work with you and it's not a lot of money most of these people pay hundreds of dollars for phone service and for what you get the same thing that you get a boost Mobile will have to price that is crazy I love boost Mobile

The the service is not good and they make it harder for you to upgrade so I’m really trying to find another phone provider so I can upgrade my phone because I have a 15 Pro Max and they won’t let me upgrade so I’m gonna be rid of Boost real soon and thank you and have a wonderful day

Service is clear without many dropped calls

Our phone service has been horrible lately Talking and all of a sudden really fussy and echoing and then cant hear anything I hang up have to call back service good for a min. or two then fussy and echoing again

We love the coverage and especially the price. Our phones are working better than the AT&T we had before. Thank you for the cost savings!

I have had good experiences with boost mobile.

I've been with Boost for 19/20 years, with the only year I was apart (switched to Virgin Mobile) was 2008-2009 after starting with Boost in 2006. I quickly went back to Boost the year after. I remember when users of other carriers would mock Boost customers for their walkie-talkie feature and thicker phone models. To see their growth in service and longevity establish a national presence is amazing, especially since I'm an "OG" customer.

I wish Boost didn't require the app on the phones or a difficult login process. I liked it much better when I could call customer service (or go to the website) to pay, just needing my phone number and PIN. Having the username and password stuff is a bit annoying and unnecessary because, as you imagine in today's world, nearly everyone requires a sign-up with one; so it's hard to remember all the usernames, passwords, passcodes, etc., for all the accounts and subscriptions we have. Why don't you eliminate the app and the extra steps to log in? Instead, if you really wanted "extra security," allow customers to link their Google or Apple accounts to Boost after the initial phone number and PIN sign-in.

The service never fails as customer service is great! The value is unbelievable!

I always get good service coverage wherever I go in town. And I really like that my bill stays the same without any hidden fees cropping up in my bill.

Good service I very rarely have any problems issues. Anything I’m pleased.
