I had my daughter birthday party on…

I had my daughter birthday party on 18th may 2025 and I booked the venue couple of week ago with assurance of specific birthday celebration room which I was not alloted on time. Moreover host was not good I was told we will have games and entertainment for kids which was not provided and also happy birthday song was not sung by host very disappointed.
Food was shit sorry but cold pizza with not adequate quantities we have to ask them and then later they accepted and send other but by that time kids were feed up.
Adult food I belive the canten need really update on there menu as they say they did recently but 0 in number.
I advice find some other place we're you happy to get good food for kids if you still want to go with this guys then just book jump and take kids out for food.

very bad experience from the staff

very bad experience from the staff, they are very aggressive with children, one of the staff dared to shout and was angry with my child, he got scared and didn't want to continue the session. Unfortunately, I talked to the manager and we didn't solve anything we had to leave that place.

Unfortunately the staff let it down

I turned up for a party today a just after the time it started I went to the arrival area where ther was at least 6 staff behind the counter I stood right in front of 2 of them to not be acknowledged or asked if they can help.. doesnt hurt to give eye contact or even a smile to acknowledge your there. then got moved from one counter to the next to be told I need to be where I originally was!! The room where the party took place smelt of damp and no organisation from staff n absolutely no communication . I was only a guest. I would of been so annoyed n angry if it was my child's party. Would not recommend, been to better trampoline parks . Will not return in a hurry.

What a horrible experience…

What a horrible experience we had today from the minute we arrived. There were 4 adults and 3 children in the entire place for our two hour session from 12-2. We were delighted when we arrived and there was only one other car in the car park.
We had checked in and done our risk assessment before we had arrived but we still had to do it again on arrival. The staff didn’t know how to scan the QR code that we were given online when we checked in so that was a waste of time.
We were then made to sit and watch a 4 minute safety video in an open space with 2 toddlers that had just turned 2 about stunts and tricks - needless to say they weren’t interested and we spent the 4 minutes running around after them. We were then asked to wear a paper adhesive wrist band and the point was really pushed to wear this piece of paper, I explained my son has an allergy to the adhesive used so they said I had to wear both. I would understand if it was busy but there were literally 4 adults and 3 children in the entire place so it’s not like they couldn’t keep track of guests. I found the young girl quite pushy and confrontational. (Had to have to last word)
After that we were allowed in to the play zone but we were followed everywhere we went making us feel uncomfortable. We were then told that the socks we were wearing (Rebound Trampoline socks) were not allowed and we had to purchase their own brand of Boost socks which was quite frankly ridiculous on comparison the rubber on the bottom of the socks was exactly the same(!!) - I expressed my frustration so they gave us the socks FOC. The young guys excuse was “we don’t know how their made, so…..” seriously!?
After that, I was holding my Son and lightly jumping (my feet didn’t even leave the trampoline) so of course, that wasn’t allowed either (this wasn’t covered in the safely video).
Later on my friend and I were sat on the edge of a large trampoline whilst our little boys were playing together (not bouncing) and “one adult per trampoline” was shouted.
My friend and I were fed up at this point. There was confrontation and we expressed that they have made us feel very uncomfortable and completely taken the fun out of our experience. We went over everything I’ve mentioned above, explained that we were just trying to have fun and spend quality time with our toddlers. I said that this experience was truly s@*t and at that point the young guy was rude towards us - I called him on it so he got defensive and said I was being abusive towards him. I told him that I was referring to the experience and it wasn’t abuse toward him but he didn’t really know how to deal with the complaint so it turned into a childish argument at which point I walked away because it was upsetting my Son. My Son then Son then said “Mummy, I want to go”.
It was so unnecessarily strict! Especially as the place was empty! Come on guys!!
Also, not sure why it was so cold. My Son was shivering most the time we were there and Shia feet were ice cold from the mats.

In short:
Too strict (you need to make adjustments for toddlers)
Not suitable for Toddlers (we booked the toddler session by the way)
Overpriced
Really cold
Staff training needed (on technology and attitudes)

I take my Son to Rebound Revolution every Monday (I just wanted to take him somewhere different this week) and never once have we had a negative experience. Everything is done when you book Rebound online beforehand and you watch the safety video at home then when you arrive for the session you wave at the reception camera to confirm you have watched and understood the video. It’s a much better system. You’re not followed around, the staff observe from the corners, nothing mentioned above is a “rule” AND it’s only £5 for a toddler and 2 adults less than a 3rd of the price of Boost!
I can honestly say, I will not be back to Boost.
I really hope that this feedback is reviewed by management and taken on board.

Been meaning to leave a review for…

Been meaning to leave a review for ages, had such a great time here with the kids, they loved it so much and were all sweaty by the end of it. Hubby lost his chain but staff were helpful helping him find it. Lovely family afternoon out as not a lot to do in Northampton, glad to have found you. Carol x

Absolute Shambles

Absolute shambles. My daughters birthday party would have been better managed by 2 years olds. Luckily children will make do and they got on with their hour even though the paid for entertainer / food / drinks never arrived. Have complained 3 times formally and have received no response. Management is as useful as a chocolate pot... Will never go back.

I had a very bad experience at boost…

I had a very bad experience at boost trampoline ln Leicester . I've been several times before with my family but i felt really let down by the service during our visit .I booked online for a 2-hour jump session for both of my children, we got in at a reasonable time but I felt that the woman who seen to us at the desk let us down in a big way, she was very inexperienced and we wasted half-hour off our jump session because she was very unprofessional. I don't feel she knew what she was doing and for good half hour she kept us sending us several times to do the waiver even though we have previously done it before. She had a problem finding us on the system but I picked up that her shift was over so she was really agitated and not doing her job professionally! Half hour was wasted and no apology that's why I'm making this complaint.
Also one other issue whilst my 14-year-old was on his jump session a parent who's daughter sprained her ankle, for some reason my son was being accused of the accident and the parent was threatening my son and said he will smash his Fuk**** face! The staff never intervened and a family member of mine on the jump session had to settle the matter, I thought this was terrible that the staff should of told this man to calm down and stop shouting and threatening my son for no reason whatsoever I didn't know how to make this complaint directly to the Leicester branch boost so I'm leaving it here in Trust Pilot. I felt the day I took my family out for a fun day ended in disaster, also my 14-year-old is traumatised at the man who threatened him. I feel so let down with boost Leicester .

My wife had booked a 2hr jump for…

My wife had booked a 2hr jump for Easter that had been advertised as suitable for a great family session for under and over 4’s.
She booked and paid for herself my daughter 6 and my Son 12. All good so far!
We get to tonight........the night before we are due to go and a friend advised we should double check as they were told you HAD to have an under 4 with you. We called the Leicester Boost to check. We were told that someone would look in to it and call us back. It got to gone half 8 with the place closing at 9 still no phone call. I spent 20 mins constantly calling to get through and finally someone called Laura who I think was based at a different boost advised we couldn’t attend!

I find this to be the worst possible service! Not only did they allow us to book and in doing so excite the children. Never once and this has been booked for a while now did anyone contact us to advise that we wouldn’t be able to jump and if left to boost we would have travelled all the way there to be told only once on site, thanks but no thanks! There was no offer to move us to an alternate slot or attempt to find a different solution. They have told me I am being refunded but that is no real to my 6 year old daughter who has been in tears now as she was really looking forward to it!

I think boost need to take a look at the way they word things on their website and then check who they allow to book sessions if there are supposed to be age restrictions in place!

With other trampoline parks about I would definitely up my service before my client base go elsewhere!

Don't bother with Leicester....

Don't bother with Leicester, not tried Northampton branch but will in future stick to Jump Giants in Loughborough.
Half term last week, took my 7 year old autistic son at 12pm to see what all the fuss was about this new establishment on the old Leicester Mercury newspaper site. Female staff was very friendly and helped us fill in the formal waiver registration, informed her we were going to get lunch and do some shopping then return for the 3pm session. She advised to arrive around half hour early so we arrived at 2.25pm to a short queue (3 groups of approx 10 people) however, staff were slow checking people in. Got to the desk around 2.45pm. Guy said they were full & we should've booked when we visited earlier. Told him we weren't advised else would have. Asked for manager who eventually got off his backside to speak to me at 2.53pm. He told me no different to the staff member. Told him female staff's fault but only offered me cups of tea/coffee?!?!?Told him don't wan't a drink but they have upset my son!!!
Awful treatment! Won't be bothering with this place unless they get their act together then maybe but will be at a push!!
Easter hols...Jump Giants here we come !!
