I mistakingly pressed place order…

I mistakingly pressed place order instead of apply promo code
I immediately called the number at bottom of website in Arizona and talked to Paulette who stated she was owner. I explained exactly what happened and asked to immediately cancel order. She said oh these boots will be on sale later in July but I’ll give you the sale price now, I really had no way out. The invoice was so confusing as she didn’t charge my PayPal correctly so returned sale she charged and charged correct price but couldn’t CREDIT ME FOR THIS MISTAKEN CHARGE!
buyers beware
I would never do business with them as their tiny very hard to read return policy allows only for a credit to them!
Horrible

Boots of my dreams

I have looked for and dreamed of owning a pair of the Old Gringo Queenwood Booties for so long. Yet, I could never justify the expense. I even looked for used ones on Poshmark, Ebay, Etsy and other places. First, even finding a pair of used ones in my size (8) is near impossible, but beyond that, Old Gringo boots hold their value and used ones are almost as expensive as new, sometimes even more expensive depending on availability.

However, I ran across Boot Junky when yet again doing a search for these boots. I found they offer super competitive prices to start with, and then, using their holiday discount code, it allowed me to get the exact boots I have been looking at literally for YEARS! I am so happy with them!

They arrived quickly, and were boxed well so that no damage occurred during transport. They are exactly everything I imagined and fit so well. The tracking that was provided allowed me to see where they were in shipment every step of the way so that I knew when they were expected to show up on the doorstep and could monitor delivery.

I cannot express how pleased I am to have discovered Boot Junky! I will definitely save their link as a favorite for future purchases.

I never got my order,# 33700 .they…

I never got my order,# 33700 .they wouldn't help me. Very short, and "it isn't our problem what do you think we should do for you? Scoff" attitude. Literally that Is what they said. Uh be nice? God, even a discount like 25% of next order would be nice.they can get their losses back in taxes. But they are lazy.told me to phone cops .I did. The cops told me to ask them for a refund or reship or go to a consumer relations lawyer. I did. They told me that I can take them to small claims court.so I'm gonna save up some money for lawyer fees and do that.they told me the consumer laws are on my side and he wasn't surprised that these guys were bullying me and not informing me of my rights as a customer. It will be 500$ lawyer fee but I'm doing it, because they were that rude. Immediately very rude to me.
Im out almost 1000$., they say there was a signature option but there wasnt.i evenpaid the duties border taxes up front. The way they were so rude..

Elvaquero this website is giving your image a bad one.
