I bought 2 boppy pillows and within 9 months the thread in the inseam on several parts of the original boppy pillow came un threaded. I contacted the company and they said they were sorry and that they definitely shouldnt have came unthreaded and sent me two new original boppy pillows. I have had the 2 ones that were replaced for 7 months but only after 6 months did they start coming undone again and low and behold this time i walked in just in time to SEE MY CHILD STICKING A PIECE OF COTTON IN HER MOUTH. Thats how I figured out the thread was even lose in the first place. luckily I got the cotton out of her mouth but I have contacted the boppy company about it this problem and I have only recieved an automated response about the newborn loungers. They will not respond to me. Seems like their products are just very low quality. mind you they are suppose to have a year warranty so the fact that the boppy pillows are falling apart at 6 months of use is crazy to me. they need to figure it out UPDATE: THEY DID SEND ME 2 NEW BOPPYS
