I stumbled across Borders Family History Society while trying to locate my maternal great grandparents grave in Lanarkshire. From the first contact last year they could not have been more helpful with special thanks to Barbara for all of her assistance. Living in the Midlands and knowing that the grave was in Selkirk has been difficult to readily travel to the area but contacting the BFHS they not only found the cemetery but they pinpointed the location of the grave within the cemetery. I was fortunate to visit the area on holiday this year and visited the grave which was a highlight for me. They have a wealth of knowledge and extensive records, I thoroughly recommend their service.
