Bad Experiences at Boscovs
Wanted to order online and use my Boscovs credit card. I was told my card was frozen because I had not used it in 60 days. I had used it in August. I had to use my Visa card instead. When I called the credit card customer service they had no idea why I was told my card was frozen..it was perfectly fine to use. What? The item I ordered was a comforter and it was so flimsy and not worth the price. I'm done with Boscovs. The quality of the merchandise is subpar now and ordering online is total aggravation.
I used to enjoy going to the Woodbridge location and spending a day shopping there but that's not happening anymore. Goodbye Boscovs!
