No solution

Nowhere in the store or on the shelf does it say, no refunds on toys. I bought a motorized toy for my kitten. 24 hrs it was broken. Tried to return and just get a store credit.
The cashier said they don't refund on toys. Asked to speak to manager was told she not around. No solution given by the snot bag teller. Never set foot in store again.

One of a kind!!!

I've been to many Bosley's locations all across BC and I haven't been disappointed yet! I appreciate your business especially the pet Wash station whomever thought of this was definitely a pet lover you're a genius especially for those of us on a budget keep up the good work guys you're the best Thank you for keeping your prices manageable

Bosley's is so overpriced they are…

Bosley's is so overpriced they are taking advantage of pet parents. I recently have bought many things from them due to getting a new kitten and their proximity to my house. I had gone to pick up some kitten food and noticed they had Orijen dry cat food for 25% off. Today is pay day so I was going to buy at least two bags (they are $99 each to stock up with the discount. I have three cats and they go through food like crazy. i went back today to grab it before the sale price was gone. The only Orijen that is on sale is a 4lb bag. That feels highly bait and switchy. I am not going to shop there any more, either Orijen is on sale, or it is not, they shouldn't be able to choose the size. There are better, less expensive places to shop. going to support my local mom and pop show that at minimum always give you 7% off the price of food and litter and their prices are generally $20 less for large bags of food.

I went to the store on Bayview Street…for the doggy self wash-AMAZING EXPERIENCEEh

I went to the store on Bayview Street Steveston Village Richmond.
The gentleman who served me was friendly polite and very helpful. I can to use the doggie self wash and it was terrific. Immaculately clean, and everything I could possibly need was there including an apron and even a little treat bag after what my dog considers torture was over. The water pressure and temp was perfect, the tub area was pristine. It was a wonderful experience. A 5 star store with 5 star staff

My upcoming 13th bag of kibbles was supposed to be free, and then they cancelled the reward program!

I've been participating in a program at Bosley's, by which you purchase 12 bags of dog food, and you get the 13th bag for free. When I went to get a new bag of Ultra dog kibbles this evening, I inquired how far I was still away from my free bag? I was either on my 13th purchase now, or very close to it. The cashier looked in my account and said there was "no record", and added that "some brands ended their promotion", canceling the program. How extremely disappointing! Not only was I not given a warning about the program ending, there was no clear and reasonable explanation of why they would cut me off - just as I was supposed to get the long-promised free bag of kibbles! It's deeply unprofessional and certainly doesn't promote customer loyalty!

Bosley’s at 1120 Mcclleland road, Richmond

Went to Bosley’s at 1120 Mcclleland road, Richmond near Walmart. I asked the lady at the reception if I may wash my dog and she said yes. It was around 8 pm. At the dog wash area, there was a young male manager who was sitting on the stairs where the dog wash is playing on his phone. It took him a few minutes to notice I was there. He told me very rudely that he is “the new manager” and that I’m not allowed to wash my dog since ot is after 7:30 pm. The store is open until 9 pm which is posted everywhere online. The store being empty with no customers could have accommodated some business but the manager would rather continue playing on his phone. Very rude man.

Great Store and Selection But a Bit Overpriced

I go to the New Westminster store and generally like it and have positive experiences there. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the cats and other cute animals that hang out in the store are always fun to interact with. I just wish the products weren't so expensive. I saw a metal cat litter scooper that cost $30—Walmart had the same one for like $13—so that's why I'm deducting a star. But still, for something in my neighbourhood that's easy to get to for when I need cat litter, it does the job.

Fresh 4 Life will no longer be purchased by me. Absorb? Sure. Extremely dusty? Incredible!! Best plug your nose and shut your eyes and mouth when putting it into the tray!

Fresh 4 Life will no longer be purchased by me! The only thing dustier is dust itself! I have to plug my nose and shut my eyes and mouth when putting it in the tray no matter how carefully I do it. Completely inferior quality and a huge rip off. That, and how much it increased in price over a couple years? Gougers! Pathetic! Sad!

I have been to several Bosley locations…

I have been to several Bosley locations because it's close by and convenient but it's sadly lacking customer service. Staff just do bare minimum and I figure I'm spending a lot of money on pet supplies every week and I want a positive helpful experience which I always get at Pets west. They have staff that go out of their way to help, offer advice, greet you and your dog so that's where I'll spend my time and money

I did buy a bag cat litter 40 lbs on…

I did buy a bag cat litter 40 lbs on Sept 26 @ Bosley's #7060 pay $12.59 CAD by Debit and I did buy other one on Oct 09 @ Bosley's #7009 a bag of cat litter 40 lbs pay by debit $12.31 CAD, I did ask if I change the mine can I return or exchange, they always said, yes, I did not buy so long, how can the consumer know they did change the policy two bags was not open and at the back of the receipt show customer care policy show they will fund purchases returned in original packaging with receipt with 30 days, I only like to exchange the new cat litter on Oct 13 2019, the staff name on Tiffani @ Bosley's#7060, she said, all cat litter was final sale, can't exchange or refund, doesn't matter you did open or not, I did show her the back of receipt did not said the cat litter was the final sales, she said was on the exception item, no need to show anywhere, our manager tell us to let any customer like you to return this product was sting, why do you said, that this product was not use and the bag did not open, you can re-sales, she said, you can speak to our manage on next Tue, on Oct 15, if like that, can I leave the cat litter here, the cat litter was so heavy, total was 80 lbs, she said, can't you need to carry again, we can't keep any item to return, she did send the text message to the manager, and she need me let the next customer to check out first, the last customs did very upset to me said, the F work to me, said, I did hold on the line, he can't check out, because I need to return the cat litter, she did crying too, show I am unbelievable, end up she did exchange to me to buy the F4L ECO Grass 20 lbs., and you did put the final sales on my receipt said, I can't refund or return any more, total in the store, I did use 45 min to an hours to finish this exchange
