This company is a scam
On August 8th I ordered products worth £272. I received a receipt by email. A few weeks later I contacted them to say nothing had arrived. They did not reply. I contacted them again a week or so later and they said they were having trouble finding a component. I waited until August 31st and asked again. They said it had shipped and they would ask the shipping company to provide tracking information. Nothing happened so a week or so later I contacted them again. Nothing happened. And so on ... eventually, an email in response to an answerphone message told me that the writer was called Brandy and they had personally taken charge and would inform me of the shipping details the next morning. They didn't. I contacted them several times after that and nothing so I asked my credit card company to investigate. I got my money back from the credit card company.
