Great service and customer care - thanks team

Service was great. Everything went smoothly from drop off from painters to being installed.
Took about 2 hours and what a difference if has made to our rooms.
So glad we paid the extra money for villa doors as really smart looking

For a small walk in wardrobe space our new wardrobe punches way above its weight with regards to storage. This would be the best wardrobe design we've ever had. We had a tricky install with regards to hiding a deficit of tiles on the floor. The wardrobe was customised with toe kicks and panelling to hide this and saved us having to retile the entire bathroom and wardrobe area. Despite the install itself being challenging our installer did a wonderful job scribing and fitting the wardrobe components into the space.

This is my 3rd lot of Boston Wardrobes and I come back to the company each time. The consultants have been easy to work with, providing practical configuration solutions. Installation was very professional and very tidy and I have a solution that I am very happy with.

Comms during lock down were very good. The installer on the day was good, although he forgot to cut a cable hole in one desk, so had to come back. Finished product is good however.

This is the first time in 20 years that I have come across an organisation insisting for 50% deposit to come and attend to a problem reported. In spite of sending photographs of the problem reported, the required replacement strip was not brought by the technician and had to wait for another day to get the problem fixed.

Excellent service and product and friendly staff - I already had Boston Wardrobes installed in an apartment I purchased but wanted to upgrade. Boston came up with a great solution and the finished product is excellent. I would highly recommend them. The installer I had was also a really nice guy and an expert at what he does.

Great communication and assistance even during difficult lockdown restrictions. The supplied jig made for really easy install.

I got quotes from all wardrobe companies in Auckland. Boston wardrobes were the only company who took the time to really listen to what I wanted. They were the only company to cover everything I wanted in the quote. We now have our new wardrobe and it is amazing.
