CHEATERS

I placed two separate orders on dates 4 months apart and paid for them and none of them were delivered! there is no one answering the phone and my emails were ignored.
Frustrating and I feel cheated. These are NOT good people to do business with.
Save yourself frustration and disappointment and order somewhere else

NEVER ORDER from them

NEVER ORDER from them! First of all - they list promotions that they cannot fulfill - I made an order on the 19.05 for 6 bottles of champagne at a very discounted price. Secondly, I called them a few days later to ask about the status of my order since I didn’t get any confirmation regarding the shipment or order whatsoever - they told me that at the moment (week of 19.05) they don’t have the amount of bottles in inventory and I should call again on Monday and I asked them whether they can ensure that I get it delivered by Saturday, 30.05, they told me to call again on Monday. I called them on Monday 25.05 - they said they have the amount now so they can sent my order. They didn’t sent the order until Tuesday evening 26.05. There was a delay from DHL so the status of the shipment didn’t change and I called again on Thursday 28.05 letting them know that there is some delay with DHL and if possible they should handle that and call DHL to make sure I get this delivered by Saturday (30.05) - then they said there is nothing they can do to influence the shipment (I made a purchase for 208€) and I can only wait. When I said that I am going to write them a horrible review of their service they hung up on me - I had to call 21 times for them to pick up again. They couldn’t ensure that my package will get delivered by Saturday so I will just send the order back and let’s see how much time it will get them to give me the money back.
