I have also written asking them to stop all works, I have been sent many emails regarding a motor claim that they are continuing for my father and I.
I have not agreed to anything and I’m unsure if someone else has submitted information.
I have still not had a reply or an answer on the phone that these emails will stop.
My daughter is due to start chemotherapy next month and I don’t want this added stress in my life of them trying to come after us for money when this should not have even started.
Please get back to my emails or phone me!

From my experience, be very careful before signing anything with this company. They charge 35% + VAT, and once you've signed the contract, they barely respond to your messages. They avoid being transparent about the total amount received from the claim and always seem to have an excuse. In the end, it feels like they make more money from your claim than you do. I would not recommend them, and I regret using their services.

I have requested sight of my "signed" agreement but apparently that cannot be done. I want nothing to do with any claim ( my mother died on 6 May 2026 after a long illness). Yet I continue to be harrassed by the company. I want them to leave me alone . But I keep getting computer generated generic emails

Terrible, scam company.
I never signed any paperwork but still they claim that, they represent me. Do NOT touch this company at all. They are using intimidation to get money out of you. They try to charge 175 pounds per hour for a non existing deal.

Can someone please explain why I am continually being harassed by Bott & Co regarding Motor Finance Claims, when Johnson Law Group are already representing me with my claims and have being doing so since 2024 . Today’s emails , another 4 have arrived, this has being going on for months and months. Emails I have sent to Bott and Co to tell them to stop go unanswered, why ? when I have sent proof to you via email that another company is already representing me. I have never instructed you to represent me and the signature you provided is not mine. Can someone please look into this as a matter of urgency because the stress you are causing has become unbearable !, I am having to write this comment on here due to you not responding to my numerous emails I have sent to you directly. If this harassment does not stop, my only option will be to contact the police regarding this. I am now at the end of my tether an anxious one at that !!
