used Bouden travel to take a party of 19 adults to Butlins , Skegness for the weekend ...14th to 17th October 22. All i can say is from my initial contact , to the drivers picking us up and dropping us back off was absolutely an amazing experience .Thank you so much ....recommend 100% , I will no use anyone else now

When you have had an awful life threatening experience with Bouden who only reply to their good reviews which they post themselves. Still weeks down the line and have not had the help promised. They even stated to us it’s their 14 day policy to resolve complaints. Well over 14 days and here we are …

First of all, yes, we all got home safely after being stranded at the side of the m40 by your driver who clearly had no idea what to do. Would it not of been a duty of care for you to contact us to make sure everything was ok considering the stress and anxiety you put 11 women through?
Receiving an email at 9:20 staying our transport was delayed to then not be contacted at all until the driver to then turn up 3 hours after the original pick up time is absolutely atrocious!!! We called, emailed, messaged and not one message or call was answered untill the driver was there and then it was a 'sorry only just seen this.' To then be told by the driver 'no one works a Sunday.' As a company who has a scheduled pick up on a Sunday .. SOMEONE SHOULD BE WORKING to ensure your driver is ok but also you have a duty of care for your passengers.
2 hours away from the final destination the driver then pulls over after we all had though he had fallen asleep because of him saying he had been woken up to pick us up and moaning it was his day off. To find the wheel in an absolute state (see attached picture) what on earth had happened and how bald does the tyre look anyway?! The driver had no procedure to follow and was unsure of what to do himself regarding the tyre. It is a good job we all had common sense and could look after ourselves to get us to a safe point on the side of the M40.
At that point we were all in such a state we had to find alternative transport home which cost us all more money just so we could get home.
You as a company put us all at risk and we are lucky to be alive. I would suggest the £900 fee is refunded and you will also be hearing from my solicitor.
From a very unhappy woman who has had her hen do ruined and is still trying to recover from the ordeal.

Following on from previous reviews from 11 angry women who were let down from a hen weekend in September. We were told to wait 2 weeks for the director to return from holiday to sort this out... a month later, we have been ignored and still no sign of the £900 we paid. 11 women left stranded in Brighton and then stranded on the M40.

Do not use Bouden! Obviously don’t care about their customers or admitting fault and trying to resolve the issues.

Would give minus 5 if I had the option. We used this coach company to travel to Brighton for a hen do. We were sat waiting to be picked up from Brighton to travel back home, for 3 hours, all of us trying to contact the driver, company, out of hours number, every social media available to no answer, no response as to why we were stranded. To add insult, the driver then arrived to let us know he then needed 45 minutes break and that he had to be woken up to come and get us!
Once on the coach, we started getting replies of ‘oh just seen this message’ from the company - how convenient we had finally been picked up and THEN got the replies.
The driver didn’t know how to fix the air con and had to FaceTime the boss to ask for help.
To add to the experience, 2 hours away from home, the driver pulls over with a completely bald, burst tyre. He had no idea how to call for recover and had to ask us how to share his location on WhatsApp, to his boss to ask him to call for recovery.
The company have since failed to admit they are at fault, given unprofessional responses, claiming their drivers are all fully trained and know how to call for the ‘45 minute call out’.
We had to call family members to come out of their way to collect us from the side of the M40, the driver sat on the roadside for over 2 and half hours waiting for his ‘45 minute recovery’
All in all, ruined our friends hen weekend. 11 women who had children and families to get back too, treated disgustingly and the company failing to rectify the issues.
£900 was paid to this company for our travel. What a waste and a shame for our bride to have this memory of her hen do.

We had a last minute trip as another company left us down due to drivers having covid. Sophie at Bouden was quick to reply and went the extra mile to get our booking sorted. Thank you, will definitely use again.

Excellent service. We hired Bouden for 1 week across the UK. Coach was always clean and in great conditions. Our driver, Khalifa, was always on time, gave great recomendations, was friendly and professional at all times; he made the trip 100 times better. From the moment we requested a quote to the moment of our final trip with Bouden, our experience was exceptional. I am already planning my next trip with Bouden!

Rail replacement coventry

Great coach company that came to pick us up from coventry when our avanty west coast train got cancelled.
5* coach and brilliant driver.
He came inside the train station and spoke with everyone, directing us to the coach.

We have been booking 2 to 6 coaches from Bouden's every year for the Annual Event in Bolton, for the past 3 years.
This year was no different, from the time we booked to the end of the trip.
Awais and Vlad were our Coach Drivers, Both were Outstanding, Humble, Very Polite and Accommodating.
The office staff, Jane and Morgan are both very helpful and made sure our requirements we met.
I would most definitely recommend Bouden's. If you need a coach, for any occasion, don't waste your time looking elsewhere as these have the latest coaches at a very competitive price.
I am already in talks with Bouden;s to book 6 Coaches for 1st October 2023.
Special thanks to the Office Staff and the Drivers for making our day enjoyable and comfortable.

Our group went with Vlad to Fort William.
He was bang on time when picking us up in a new mercedes minibus and has been a great company.
We had nice conversations, he let us connect our phones to the music system and stopped at the services whenever we asked him.
He also drove some people of our group to a different hotel which was a few miles away from his drop off location.
Really good company that takes care of their drivers.

Great day out for everyone. The bus was extremly comfortable and clean but the best thing was our driver Vlad. He was extremly accomidating, helpful, kind and smily. Best bus driver we have ever had and took an interest in our rugby game and felt like we had taken our best supporter. Would book again just to make sure we had Vlad as our driver.
