I should have ordered from Amazon instead of your website, would have received items in two days instead of two weeks, and I never received an answer to my question, why are you selling a package deal of the light stand with the small solar panel which does not plug into the light? I would have gotten the fan instead if I knew they didn't work together, what does the solar panel plug into?

The continues rattling of your mobile cooler is an issue. I have reported the issues but have not received any usable response. Your engineers need to design the units in the real world not just on a laboratory workbench.

Excellent customer service always provided for myself and my family. I recommend all of their products. I now have 3 products and will continue to purchase more in the near future.

5 stars - great for going to Costco, or having drinks on the dock, or extra space for drinks without the worry of needing ice or ice melting. Love the option!

I have lots of BougeRV products that I really enjoy. 12v coolers, solar panels, solar generators, a rechargeable light and most recently a rechargeable fan. It was making a scraping noise and BougeRV immediately replaced it. I have been and will keep doing business with BougeRV. Thank You

My AC failed in my truck camper in Phoenix. Inside temp of camper is at 111 degrees. Bougerv 40 still running strong after 18 hours. My butter, cheese, and food all great. Running on shore power but I've run this off my my solar and inverter to the same effect. Been running for 6 months since purchased. Spot on product in extreme environments. Hats off.

Nice little portable fan...moves the air...charges fast and the battery provides power for a long time. Thus overall a decent product for the bucks spent.

I received a defective CL03 camping light and I reached out to the customer service. Customer service replied and resolved my issue the same day. They send a replacement and received it within 48 hours. I tested the light on 4th of July for a couple hours with no issues. Everyone loved the light. I will definitely purchase products from them.

Made a direct purchase of BougeRV CDR2 V2 and made an error ordering without battery, which I ordered later. The original purchase of the fridge was discounted but the battery was not. BougeRV refunded the amount I was out of pocket! Brilliant fridge the CDR2 and outstanding customer service. Well done Abi

Great product. Moved cross country with this being our only cooler, and it was so nice not having to continuously buy ice, or drain water out, as well as being able to travel with frozen items that wouldn't thaw until we wanted them to. Battery was great for periods that vehicles were parked and didn't have access to electrical outlets.

FedEx apparently lost my order. I emailed support and the AI assistant immediately contacted a human to assist me. Jhon did some magic and my order was delivered on the second day after contact with support. Jhon also followed up after delivery. Thus my 5 stars.

Had to re order because original order never showed up. When the re order showed up, it was poorly packaged, didn't have assembly instructions, (not even a photo to reference) and is very flimsy. You need to include some cross braces and some sort of string loaded pin instead of undersized knots. The price and hassle of me customizing this so called "stand" was very disappointing.

Cooler had worked exactly as advertised and have enjoyed it's low power consumption, low noise, and high cooling capacity.
The flash sale stuff on the website is rather annoying however.

Expanding solar from RV to back yard. Bouge RV equipment is better than most out there. Using 2 inverters, solar panel ,50ft MC4 cable and never had a problem with Bouge equipment! Soon to purchase 400 watt N type bifacial panels to start next project. Thank you Bouge RV !
