Great service. Only the last backpack (Arris) doesn’t have the same build quality as other backpacks I own from Boundary. Overall I really like the design and products, will continue buying there.

Great bag. Helps keeps everything organized. Super comfortable. Best of all...gorgeous.

Really love the look and the functionality of the bag, but I have noticed some tiny inconveniences. Firstly, it is hard to open the zipper of the biggest slot with one hand. Secondly, if you want to open the mini socket on the front of the bag you have to detach the magnets which is great, but also you have to open the zipper of the main opening, otherwise your hand wont fit in. Overall the bag is really comfortable. Thank you

I like my new backpack a lot but there’s always room to improve. There are lots of pockets in the bag. All of them has their own purposes and design is great, but sometimes the pockets are hard to get access to or even it’s a little tricky to get access to the items in the pockets because all pockets are tight. Overall, I am happy! I got what I expected. Quality of the materials are fantastic.

I will qualify my review with the negative before getting to the positive. The negative - I backed the chase pants on Kickstarter a long time ago and never received the pants.

The positive - the customer service. Upon reaching out, boundary customer service told me that I could get a refund to store credit plus a bonus percentage, or I could exchange outright for an item on their website! This type of awesome customer service where they will do right by the customer regardless of the situation makes me confident to buy their products in the future, not to mention the bag I got instead of the pants was awesome as well!!!

The service with the Boundary team is outstanding...prompt and courteous. Love their stuff!!

The backpack was great. It fit my big gaming laptop and also carry the camera well. How much it can cary is also amazing! Very comfortable while wearing

Little downside: heavier than normal backpack, bulky look.

My December order was returned to sender from delivery service. It was happened after I filled out tax declaration. Then Boundary send my order to me again. And it is still on the way.

The product is exactly as described, very pleased with it. And the customer service was very quick and considerate in addressing any questions or concerns I might have had.

I really like Boundary products, the quality is beyond question.
Design stands out from all backpacks so much interest in many friends and colleagues! I am satisfied.

I AM NOT SATISFIED IN THE SALES SERVICE. I chose a black backpack but received the Camuoflage color. I could ship it back to the USA but buying from Europe with international shipping and additional customs duty costs would not make sense. For this reason I have to settle for a color that I have not chosen.

Love the product and received nothing but the best customer service.
