An amazing day
An amazing day that was truly exceptional. Port Lympne is like nowhere else. Tremendous conservation work is being done there and there is so much to see and do. Boundless gave its members a very special day indeed.

Port Lympne Safari Park Made Affordable
Exceeded expectations as Port Lympne is a huge site so we spent all day there.
Most of the animals advertised were present and the Safari ride was a big hit and enabled us to see animals in the more remote locations. Cafe/Restaurants (at least those that were open) were quite pricey however there were plenty of picnic benches available for bring your own.
Boundless savings meant that this day out was affordable as we would not be able to pay the full admission prices.

Great day out at Port Lympne
Enjoyable day seeing the animals, many kept their distance & some hard to see on the safari too though was a big hit generally. The play park was popular too & café up there was pretty good though very busy but plenty of seating outside. The rhinos were one of the best things because they were curious & came close. A good day.

Day trip to remember
I booked this experience as a trip for myself plus two elderly ladies. We found all the staff to be very helpful and considerate due to mobility issues. We were transported from the car park to gatehouse, up the quite steep sloped walk to Basecamp cafe and also back to the car park at the end of our trip. The keepers we spoke to on our wandering were very informative and Norman on our Safari bus was not only informative but also added in some humour. Thank you so much Port Lympne. I would definately recommend the park.

Port Lympne
While my wife and I enjoyed the experience, we had difficulty in negotiating the steep inclines/steps. As my wife has a heart problem, it would have been beneficial to have been informed of the terrain before we decided to attend. If we had known beforehand, we perhaps would not have attended.

LOVELY MEMBERS DAY
It was a lovely zoo and very pleased with the Boundless price saving £22 per adult. My companion walks with a stick due to reduced mobility but doesn’t have a mobility scooter that could be transported in the car. It was quite a walk to the main entrance. It would be ideal if members with mobility issues could be fast tracked. This could be arranged at the time of booking.We had to wait in a queue for sometime. She became ill whilst waiting in the queue so had to be seated inside the entrance. It would be very helpful if buggy hire was extended to disabled visitors and arranged by Boundless during the booking process. Buggys are normally only available for guests staying overnight. It was a lovely day out and the safari in the truck was amazing and would have been the only way my companion would have been able to see some of the park.

Avoid the queue and arrive a bit later.
Thanks for the heads up about queuing, we arrived at 11.30am and strolled in, we hear there was a big queue at 9.30am.
There was still plenty of time to see everything more than once. And there was still complimentary chocolate still left!
A great venue with plenty of free parking and toilets.

A warm welcome by Boundless staff at Port Lympne
Parking and arrival were very easy. A short queue with Boundless staff engaging positively with visitors up and down the line as they queued.
We particularly liked the provision of the safari bus, which added a great element to the day.

Wonderful staff, great facilities, interesting and fun
We had a wonderful day with our 2 year old grand-daughter. She really enjoyed the Basecamp playground and we spent most of the time there as it had equipment suitable for little ones up to about age 10 or 12. She was excited about the tractor trailer ride, and enjoyed seeing the animals, particularly the red panda.
The atmosphere was very positive and helpful, and nice to be with other current or former public servants.

Boundless Port Lympne experience.
Our trip to Port Lympne was superb. We elected to stay at the Manor House the day before giving us early access and a golf buggy as well. The Boundless Day was fantastic. The volunteers were really helpful and we enjoyed our free chocolate and safari ride. Thank you for a wonderful memorable day.

It was a lovely day
It was a lovely day, really well organised and so much more accessible financially because of the saving on entrance costs. We were also very lucky to have had wonderful weather. All round a fantastic experience. Next time I will definitely take a picnic though as food and drink prices were astronomical.
