Absolutely disgusting service i had to get cover for my class 1 hour 30 mins late and to add insult to injury got several messages saying car is outside this has happened several times

Ordered a Taxi to Northampton General Hospital, to pick up my Partner, whose Mother is in NGH, and seriously ill. My Partner is in a Wheelchair. The driver pulled up, I opened the passenger door, placed a Carrier Bag, full of shopping, on the back seat, and got in. Next thing, I am being Abused by the driver, saying I had "Contaminated " his car with my bag??? He, also, said "you could have been Smoking in my car", although I Don't Smoke? He went On and On. I told him my Partner was waiting, in a Wheelchair, so would he shut up moaning and get me to the Hospital. This went on for Several Minutes. He, also, started Laughing, like it was a Joke. I ended up phoning my Partner, so I had a Witness to this Bizarre scenario, and he finally went quiet, realising that my Partner could hear what was going on. Finally he drove me to the Hospital. What an Horrendous Experience!!!

I used the pre pay link before the taxi arrived they estimated my son's journey would be £13.87 but when the taxi arrived the total was £11.80 but they still took £13.87 how can you justify ripping customers off like that? I won't be using your prepayment link again. I used it for convenience as my son had injured himself and I needed to get him home.

Ordered a cab to the train station the other week to go on holiday, so if u order a cab to the train station u would think the company and driver would twig that their would be suitcases...Bounds turned up and the car was no bigger than a Peugeot 205 we got 1 suitcase in his boot after he moved all the crap and his shopping out the way, then my suitcase had to be squashed in the back with my partner so I had to sit in the front again after he moved more of his shopping out the way, the seat couldn't go back anymore so my nose was touching the windscreen he never spoke a word or apologised for the mess! And this is why people don't tip the drivers anymore online because u don't know what service u will be getting

The Driver (Emmanuel) was extremely helpful and I would certainly book Bounds Taxis again. We have used Bounds Taxis for seventeen years.

I booked a taxi to pick me up from Three Shires Hospital the car never turned up left me stranded cold and distressed . Wi never use these again

I booked from East Hunsbury - 3 Shires 2.10pm very light traffic £13.
On return journey 3 Shires - NGH Old Hosp- Morrrisons- Town Bridge- Delapre Abbey-Fire Station- Clannell Rd - destination £13, for a scenic drive around Northampton, What a waste of time & money. Why not go back down the A45. Bounds has changed the majority of drivers are lovely, but I hate being overcharged by surly drivers. You have lost my custom.

They take money for journeys you have never taken, when you book using their app the drivers go to the wrong place then bill you for no show, I cant believe how terrible they have got over the page few months, when you ring to complain there is always no manager available!

First Taxi, instead of turning up ASAP as they promised they were 15- 20 minutes late, and when I rang up they sent me another taxi which took 25 minutes to get to me. As a result, I waited for over 45 minutes and was late getting to work.
The pure lack of coordination and professionalism, and the laziness and the untrustworthy is a fall from grace from this once great service

My husband has been waiting 40 minutes for his work party starting at 7. Meal served at 7.30... I pre-ordered a taxi for 18.40 it has still not turned up so we canceled it just now. They kept saying it's 5 to 7 minutes. Terrible service. Won't use again!!

Booked a taxi to pick me up from the train station. Usually you wait 15 minutes for them to find you a driver, this time is allocated straight away. I was in the car park 6 minutes after I booked my journey; the driver had gone and I'd received a "no show" fee. No one tried to contact me, to my mind this is tantamount to theft. Will never use them again and hope that uber sends them bust. Disgusting

Worst taxi service I've ever used.. drivers shouting, cs not responding ti complaint, impossibke to communicate.

AVOID if possible

I would give them minus starts if that were possible. They have stood me up twice in a row, often send drivers late, send drivers who do not know the area, send drivers who rant on about politics and religion, mostly agains Judaism / Israel and in favour of Islam, but also, at least indirectly offending anyone who is not a Muslim. I have had enough of them and will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. 20 years ago and more they were acceptable, now they are a completely useless shambles.

The worse taxi Company in Northampton. The taxi driver stole my phone it’s been 3 days now and they keep saying the driver out of town but he came by my house with my phone and refused to give it and drove off with my phone again. Bounds trying to Grover him by saying he’s out of town and that his number not working. DO NOT BOOK WITH BOUNDS.

driving a white Mercedes car, should pls return my phone back it's been 3days now and he hasn't replied, I can't access my phone nor messages or go to work,the booking number is 11230964. I booked the cab on a Sunday evening I can't even have access to my kids. What you have just done is stilling.

Got to be the WORST taxi company around! Totally unreliable, repeatedly turn up late for prebooked jobs. No way can you plan you day with these guys. If there was a zero star option, I'd have selected that.

Booked a cab. Bounds completely misdescribed vehicle sent, so waited ages, looking for vehicle they said they sent, and ignoring one actually sent. Then charged me for keeping cab waiting. Complained to national owners, takeme taxis. No response.Their App works poorly.

The driver tried to scam me.

I paid on my card prior to booking. When I got in the cab, the driver insisted that I had to pay cash. If I had, I’d have paid twice. He was aggressive.
