I asked Bourne End Jewellers to design and make a ring and pendant for my wife as a birthday present. What can I say, what a service, why go into London.
They were warm, friendly and listened to what I said. Nothing seemed too much trouble.
They appeared to enjoy the end product they produced almost as much as my wife.

I had my wedding and engagement ring made into one and resized for my middle finger. Julie and Richard did an amazing job to make the ring look like a perfect band for any occasion.

Bourne End Jewellers made a bespoke ring for me recently to replace one which I had lost. Richard worked from photos of the missing ring and my own sketches and has made a ring which looks so much like the ring I lost. The quality is excellent and I am delighted with the finished ring. I cannot recommend Bourne End Jewellers enough! We came across them by chance and after reading lots of positive reviews and paying them a visit, we chose them to make our engagement ring for us. It’s a family-owned business and everyone there is lovely. Richard is so incredibly skilled and talented. I’ve lost count of the number of compliments I’ve already had on my ring. It’s just perfect and has far surpassed my already high expectations. The team there helped me to figure out what I wanted and were very patient while we tweaked the design to get it just right. I was kept up-to-date regularly with progress while it was being made which I appreciated. I recently took my late father’s St. Christopher pendant in for repair and they did an excellent job replacing a worn section of gold and fitting a new jump ring for the chain to run through. Fast efficient service and competitive price. Very happy

Richard made me the most beautiful diamond drop earrings from some studs I already had. I provided the hoops and he encased the diamonds, hung them and gilded them so all the gold was the same colour.

To be honest, my expectations were already high as when I dropped them off he obviously knew exactly what I was aiming for.

But the end result surpassed even those expectations. They are absolutely perfect. The whole experience was great, extremely reasonably priced, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Jess and her father designed and made a beautiful platinum and diamond engagement ring for my fiancee and it's absolutely stunning. They made the whole process easy, quick and painless and I am delighted with the result, as is my wife to be!

Very occasionally these days, one receives exceptional service. When I called Bourne End Jewellers for help to repair damaged spectacle frames, I was able to meet with Richard (the jeweller) the next morning. He appreciated the urgency of the repair for me and was able to help the same morning. I am grateful for the responsiveness and pleased with both the result and the reasonable cost.
