Dropped off my PC with the Power Cable, installed a 2nd Storage Device, which was located behind my graphics card, and they cleaned the PC. Service was very transparent and answered every question I had, providing a quote for the work provided.

bits repaired my macbook pro screen with a fast turnaround and at a great price compared to other quotes online (these things are very expensive to repair).

Sent from N Ireland on Monday, MacBook screen replaced by Tuesday Morning and returned to N Ireland by 1pm Wednesday.

The screen is fantastic as is the price compared to all the quotes over here (40% cheaper). Great communication from them via email and WhatsApp.

First class. Contacted them through the website, computer was picked up next day, screen replaced, and returned in double-quick time. Door to door, no fuss, just outstanding service.

Managed to break the screen on my MacBook Pro and needed a screen replacement, after being given horrendous quotes from Tottenham Court Rd stores I found Bits online who were less than half other prices being quoted. They picked my machine up from Chancery Lane the following day, replaced the screen and it was back the following day. Now looks better than before. Called into Bits asking for repair to my iPad which hasn’t been charging properly. I thought the charge port needed to be changed as I’d both cleaned it and bought a new lead. Instead of just taking it and doing what I asked, the very helpful guy checked it out and tried it with their lead and it worked fine. He recommended a new lead and gave me a couple of options to try. I got another new lead from one of his recommended companies and it works fine! He saved me over £100 and I’m very grateful. Thanks Bits! I’d definitely recommend.

Picked up Macbook Air this morning (30/10/20)after a 'coffee incident!' Was still working but would not charge. Cpu damaged.
It took some time for the out sourced specialist to find the problem, but they DID and repaired it.
Far cheaper than having to buy another MAc.
First class service. Friendly staff. Highly efficient.

Losing your data is a very stressful experience but I was greeted in a calm and reassuring manner (by Adam). Not only did he immediately supply remote support and sort the problem but the price I was charged was incredible compared to data recovery companies I had approached, none of whom even considered offering me a remote solution. I have no hesitation in recommending this company for data recovery and, as a result of my experience, will go to them for all my other IT needs in future too!
