I have ordered wood products from BouwOnline a number of times, the order is always processed very quickly and delivery is also quick. The items are always of good quality. The delivery driver always calls one hour before delivery enabling me to leave work and take it.
Very happy with the service and I will definitely using the service again and again.

Wood not delivered at pickup on time
The agreement was that the wood would be ready on Fryday 27 march. I went to the pickup shop PontMeyers at Saterday 28 march. The wood was not ready because it would be delivered to PontMeyers on monday 30 of march. So i had to make the pickup journey twice on wednesday 1 April

Goods were oke, however the service of the delivery of the goods was not oke! Had to unload the plates from the truck and chauffeur was not willing to help carry it into the house.

material came dirty and partially damaged
delivery didn't happen on the indicated time
probably the driver just dropped it somewhere at night, 8 pm he was still not there and at 8 am I just found material soaked wet in from of the door
the material itself is of good quality, shame that delivery affected the impression so much
