Their behaviour contradicts their fancy written charter to promote themselves. They do not listen and when they do, they do not act or ever meet their commitments to sort out issues. They have behaved in ways that are misleading and their sole interest seems to be working closely with Estate agents to push a sale. They deliver poor build quality and are not thoughtful resulting in ongoing issues in a new build property. Selection of Buoygues for any future projects must be more rigorous to ensure they do not slip through to deliver projects they are incapable of doing and especially as once they're in they do not listen to any feedback. Do not select them without serious due diligence.

It's difficult to put into a small review how much I would urge people to steer clear from this company; poor standards of work, poor communication, terrible customer service and a total disregard for SLAs. They are unrivalled in how poor of a service provider they are and I've worked with some bad ones. My advice, look elsewhere as that is what I'm going to do

I run out of this company (in Bristol Southmead Hospital) after 6 months, because I never worked under laziest and more useless management (with few exception). Unfortunately part workers got same manners as managment and work with them is .....
Example - one useless worker falled from step ladder (no one seen it and even can't imagine) and from this time is forbidden use ladders. In case, that you haven't choice and must use ladder, you should sign paper, that in case of some accident, it is no company's responsibility.

Run by sniff heads who are very much despised by most NHS workers and internal workers at Southmead Hospital here in Bristol, UK. Many come and go. Please ask for yourself, in fact do a review with everyone that works for them on a non manager position and see how much even the floor staff genuinly hate this company and the ones that run the hospital here. Bouygues time will come
