Order placed 15th April, message from courier for me to contact seller as damaged in transit. These things happen. Replacement sent, email 21st from courier parcel to be delivered next day. 22nd message it was delayed - no reason. 24th still not received so requested £29.99 refunding. No acknowledgement received, emailed again 25th, reply received 27th & refund notification. In-between all this ordered from another company 24th received 25th free delivery & great product for less money

My order still isn’t resolved. Frustrated to be unable to talk to anyone

I love Bower products and this was my second purchase of the bathroom cleaning collection and the kitchen one. I love all of them for what they all do. The limescale remover actually works unlike a few others I have tried. It also smells pleasant. I bought the lavender one this time, in the litre size to refill my bottle. I love also, that when you finish the refills, you can send them back, to be reused. The hand wash is lovely too. The dishwasher tablets are great. I love the washing up liquid, it’s great for removing grease and stuck on food. The all purpose cleaner is great for all the surfaces and I add it to my mop bucket for my floor. It removes all the dirt from my floor. I’m very happy with everything so far. Thank you Bower for making a great collection with lovely smells!

Fantastic products and great company ethos.
Adding new items or taking items off my order seems a bit more complex than it needs to be - I have lots of different order dates.... but that might just be me!

Dislike the smell of all the products but nice packaging

I love Bower collective and completely love the concept of returning the empty pouches to be reused, it’s free to return them, it reduces plastic waste - what’s not to love?!
Currently I have tried the bio and non bio wash liquid and the fabric conditioner - from a cleaning power perspective, they work so well and also smell divine. I have tried several eco brands in the past but Bower’s are my absolute favourite.
I have also tried the pineapple surface cleanser - also fantastic.
My only very small issue is it seems to take quite a long time from billing to actual delivery of the products, so factor in a week for that so you don’t run out of product!

I love the limescale remover. My bathrooms sparkle. It also stays clean for longer.

The products are great and do exactly what they promise. However, the spray bottles leak and get unpleasantly sticky. Sort that out and I’d give a 5.

Lovely smell and seems to clean efficiently but quite expensive for cleaning products !

I love your products my favorite is the rose and pepper shampoo and conditioner. And the bio laundry. I use your products daily and have told my friends too

I’ve been using Bower products for over three years. The product are all great quality, returning the pouches are convenient. It quickly makes a huge environmental difference in the amount of plastic waste from just one household, so I couldn’t recommend it more for any other environmentally conscious people who still want good quality products that smell good.

I have been trying out various natural cleaning products for a few years. I love Bower Collective the best. The fragrances are the best, and there is more choice in the ranges, Bower Collective products really work, doing a great job of keeping everything clean. It's easy to change my subscription. Overall a great product and service.
