Bowl'n'Fun - Esbjerg - Very disappointing

The staff handling the kids’ birthday party were unprofessional. I already submitted feedback, but I have not receive any response or explanation from the management. Very disappointing. I will not be booking any future events there.

Plastic and hair in food

I was very disappointed with this experience. The place is unfortunately overpriced, and the food quality was far below expectations. We found a hair in the popcorn and pieces of chopped plastic in the salad, which was extremely off-putting. Sadly, I can’t recommend this place.

Aalborg everything broken no compensation

I went to the Cube challenge in Aalborg and it was really bad. They promise 25 fun rooms but
- 3 rooms under remodel
- 2 rooms had doors broken - we could not get inside
- 1 room had a scanner broken so we could not get inside.
- 2 rooms had broken equipment needed to complete the challenge
- 1 Room had a Windows update on a screen needed to play the game.

We were 4 people for 2 hours but we left after 1 hour because there was nothing else to do. When I wrote them an email asking for compensation or money return, they told me "NO". Horrible experience very bad customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I am very sorry for the experience you had in the Escape Room, where you found that 3 out of 25 rooms were not working optimally, and I completely understand your frustration. I am also sorry that you chose to leave early, as we still have other rooms available. Unfortunately, I did not receive information in the email about when you left.

As mentioned, I regret that I cannot refund your money, as we still have 20-22 rooms available for you to try.

Once again, I appreciate you pointing out the issues, so we can rectify them, as we want all our guests to have a great experience with us.

Bowl n fun Aarhus

Online price is different than inside. We have booked bowling for 240 kr for 1 hour. When we go there pris increase from 240 to 312. When we ask why then they say 72 is for shoes only and you must pay (no option). Nothing mention on there website and inside bowlnfun. Management has to tell any extra charge on website . I think this is big fraud. Decided never go in bowl n fun Aarhus may be next time they charge extra for toilet, air, table, sofa or ball without any notice. :)

Sønderborg historie

Vi besøgte dette vidunderlige sted i går.

I love the concept of that brand and been many times in other cities.
But Sønderborg disappointed me. I'm talking about uneducated staff behavior. Cashier or waitress can smile to you, but if the service they are providing is bad and not professional - taste of food, clean and tidy sitting area with nice interior will not stay long in your memory.

The main ingredient of Good Service is - people.

First mistake: people at registration desk are slow. I can't imagine how long could take the queue of 20 hungry people/tables to serve?! I saw 2 tables check-in during 15 minutes!

Second mistake: connected to the first, because that is the weird thing what takes so long time - information what cashier collecting about guests. It's similar to USA visa center.

When client arrives to the restaurant he only needs to be invited inside, sit down and start eating/ ordering.
But not in that place.
First client is asked for the name, surname and !Address!
Question: what for you need personal data combined with address especially?
Answer was: it is our house rule.
On demand of explaining what that rule is needed for + showing that on paper ( house rules, especially like that must be written and explained to visitors) answer was - "we don't have it written and I don't know why we are asking. I just know that I can't open your table reservation without that data."

I didn't want to reserve table, I came to eat. Immediately I felt myself very suspicious and not trustful person - what a welcome. I offered prepayment for the table. Offer was declined and I was asked again for my address. Mine, not some other ( I offered that too)!

So here is the question to the management of that place: Hvordan du behandler personoplysninger?

Where is explanation to visitors, how their personal data is stored? And how visitors can be sure  that their personal information will not be misused, and feel secure after  telling home address to the cashier in front of other strange people standing around?
