Excellent experience with Box, no complaints at all. DPD delayed my delivery that was only issue that I experienced with order but that has nothing to do with box. Very happy with order so far, very good value for money. Thank you Box, 5 stars!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Laptop not as described. It said it had two USB Cs but there was only one when it arrived.
I complained and they admitted fault. I was offered to return it which is very inconvenient. When trying to obtain compensation I was met with a lack of willingness to resolve the matter. Initially offered a £25 voucher, which was a bit insulting. When I pursued further they took the option of the £25 voucher off the table leaving me with only an option to return the item. Really poor.

I purchased a motherboard and graphics card at the start of November 2025. Two weeks later, when building my pc I found the motherboard had bent pins. I sent it back by the end of November. I phoned two weeks later, and it was confirmed that the board had arrived; they just needed 48 hours to test it. Two weeks later, after not hearing back, I called again to be told it was overlooked. Another 4 weeks pass and no correspondence, so I call again and I'm told it's been sent to the manufacturer and give them 48 hours to chase it up. Another 2 week goes by, it's now been 4 months, and I'm told today that they are chasing the manufacturer. During this time, the £650 graphics card has become faulty, and I was told a month ago to let them resolve the motherboard before I send the video card back! As you can imagine, I'm not keen on sending it back to Box.co.uk, so I have raised an RMA directly with the manufacturer. I need to send the card to Hong Kong, and they will send it to China, if repaired or replaced, it will be sent back to Hong Kong, and then sent to me, where I may have to pay import duties again, all adding to the cost and disruption because I do not trust returning this to Box.co.uk to be forgotten about.

Wow just wow. Placed order just before 3pm on Friday and DPD delivered 11.45 Saturday morning. Now that's service. My thanks to all concerned.

Ordered a Dell Pro QCS1250 (i5‑14500, 16 GB RAM) for business use. The parcel was delivered to the wrong address and contained the wrong, lower-spec model.
After returning the incorrect unit promptly, Box refused to supply the correct model and issued a refund after the product price had increased. The refund was delayed but received after we chased it.
Poor handling of a business-critical purchase. We have since sourced elsewhere and cannot recommend Box for reliable business orders.

Dissapointed!
My PC didn't work, it was returned, I requested a replacement and was given a refund instead and told on 14th January that the warehouse ' being unable to find the replacement item available to ship it out for you so the system processed a refund for your order'''. However, I then purchased the exact same computer from Laptop Outlet albeit at the additional cost of another £50.
I then established that Laptop Outlet and Box.co.uk are BOTH trading names of Five Tech Limited.
As I understand it, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 I am entitled to a replacement at no extra cost and the retailer cannot refuse this request unless the costs are ''disproportionately expensive''.
In these circumstances, the extra cost was, in real terms, a percentage of the original retail price that is in single figures.
Having looked at S.23 of the 2015 Act, and examples of 'disproportionately expensive'. I am satisfied that in the circumstances, a replacement should have been provided instead of a refund.
Given the replacement was purchased on the day the refund was made, I think it was disingenuous of Five Tech Limited to suggest a replacement was not available, clearly, they did not want to replace the computer as they had changed their pricing!
UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO COMMENT MADE BY SELLER 23.02.26
You responded to me on 03.02.26 @ 10:51 am ''Good morning, and thank you for your email.
We would like to confirm that your order has already been refunded in full. The refund was processed once the warehouse confirmed that a replacement unit was not available to dispatch at the time.
We acknowledge your comments regarding the Consumer Rights Act and appreciate you sharing your perspective. As the refund has been completed and you have since obtained a replacement elsewhere, we consider the matter resolved from our side.
If you have any further questions regarding the refund itself, please let us know and we will be happy to assist.''
I replied to that email and explained the FACTS again and in particular 1. I had not purchased a replacement ' elsewhere',and 2. Specifically, I had bought the exact same model computer on 14.01.26 (the day of your email telling me you did not have the same computer in stock) from your Laptop Outlet webpage albeit at an additional cost! To date no further reply from Box.co.uk
