I’ve used Boxie24 twice now to move and store my things, and both times were a wonderful experience. They handle the pickup, storage, and return perfectly — everything came back without any damage. The communication is super smooth and the whole process is easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Being able to store my belongings while looking for an apartment really helped me out. The service was very professional and super friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone who's looking to store their stuff, since it not only includes the storage itself but the moving service. This made my situation so much less stressful!

Very flexible when customer wants to change day of pickup. Excellent contact before pickup, plus contact afterwards that items arrived in storage, and whether there are still any open question.

Pick up day went smoothly and quickly however the day my items were to be returned quickly turned. My scheduled time was between 8-12. At 2:30 I was told 4-5 and at 4 I was told 6:30-7. Arrived at 7, promptly started unloading. Banged items into doors and walls, boxes and items placed upside down. Broken and damaged items dispersed throughout.

Staff were kind and helpful. The service and telephone calls were informative and useful. They made a good job and answered me any question.

Super efficient pick-up and delivery. The drivers are very friendly and take good care of your belongings. Michael from Customer Service was always quick to answer my calls and questions, offering genuine help. Keep in mind that with pick-up and delivery, the driver will call you approx 30-45 min before they arrive at your address, so make sure to keep your day free :)

At the beginning, this storage company almost begged me to choose them. They promised everything — convenient access, a Berlin storage location, and even free pickup. Unfortunately, every single one of those promises turned out to be false.

After signing a contract for storage in Berlin, I later discovered that my belongings had been moved to another state without my consent — a clear breach of contract. When I confronted them about it, they actually tried to blame me, claiming that I had agreed to this arrangement. They even said they had a “voice record” of it, which I gave them one week to provide. Unsurprisingly, I’m still waiting.

The company also promised free pickups and easy access, but instead they charge 15€ for each visit — if you can even visit at all. As of now, they can’t offer any access to my storage space, despite that being explicitly part of the agreement.

Their behavior is completely unprofessional and misleading from start to finish. What started as a friendly, convincing pitch has turned into a series of broken promises, hidden fees, and outright dishonesty.

I’m looking forward to seeing how they plan to justify this long chain of wrongdoings — especially in court.

Avoid this company at all costs.

Boxie are great! Pick up was stress free and I know our stuff is in good hands.

Everything about this company is amazing. Great storage unit sizes, fair pricing (only pay for the space you need), and the staff is absolutely excellent. Efrain helped me figure out everything I needed for my company's storage, he's been extremely patient and communicative and made sure I was taken care of. Unfortunately I dont remember the names of the actual movers but both of them were down to Earth and beyond helpful. Seriously, if you need storage, Boxie24 will take care of you.

My items were delivered damaged. All of my clothes smelled like mold and there was a brown ruat like film on all of my storage boxes. I had missing items, was delivered someone else's things, and my storage boxes had to be thrown away because of all the structural damage during delivery and storage. Multiple attempts to resolve this directly was met with promises that there would be follow up, but there was none. No compensation, no response. Multiple times I was promised to be contacted the following day and there was nothing. It's clear there is no intent to help find my missing items or resolve the matter.

Warning: Avoid Boxie24 at all costs!

I have been dealing with Boxie24 for over a month and it has been a nightmare. I paid €160.80 in total (08/09: €29.95, 12/09: €59.90, 24/09: €29.90, 30/09: €41.05). All of these payments are confirmed by official bank statements.

Despite this, Boxie24 keeps insisting that the payments never arrived, showing me meaningless screenshots from their system instead of real proof. The only “proof” they ever send me are dashboard screenshots — they have never provided any official bank document proving that money was returned to my account. My bank has confirmed in writing that:
• The money left my account,
• No refunds were ever made,
• No chargebacks exist.

Still, Boxie24 is demanding another €100+, which would bring the total close to €300 for just 4 months of storage. Even worse, they are now sending me emails threatening to clear out my storage within 3–5 business days if I don’t pay again. This is nothing short of blackmail.

After researching, I found that many other customers report the exact same issue: double charges, no refunds, items withheld, and even pressure to remove negative reviews in exchange for getting belongings back — which is illegal.

I am now going to the police to officially report this company.

⚠️ Stay away from Boxie24. They are unprofessional, incompetent, and cause nothing but stress to their customers.

Extremely Content

I was extremely happy with the service that was provided by Boxie24. They saved me during my move. Whenever I called to check on the details regarding the pickup, they kindly helped each time. On the day of the pickup two very kind gentlemen came and took everything carefully. Even though I had fragile items they assured me that everything would be tackled carefully. 10/10. Best in the market. Michael was also extremely helpful.
