Very poor client services and severe delays to shipments. I was told that my shipment was due today, only to call the company to find out they’re facing logistical issues and the item hasn’t even left their warehouse in Europe. Each time I send them an email, it bounces back saying the server can’t find the company’s email. If I’d known all of this beforehand , I would have never used this company .

I’ve had one of the worst logistics and customer service experiences with Boxit4me. Completely incompetent in handling shipments—delays, poor communication, and zero accountability. Their support team is either unavailable or unhelpful, and it feels like they just don't care. Avoid this service if you value your time, money, or sanity.

These are a group of thieves who have a shipment in a German warehouse worth $1,000 and so far there has been no response from them. Customer service says they will follow up within 24 hours and there has been no final communication. I think it is a very bad experience and that they will steal the shipment in the end.

Having used a similar service from the US to UK I understood the offering and wanted to find somewhere in the UAE that could forward a parcel from Adidas where the products I wanted were only available there. Everything was seamless, the only trepidation I had was the need to upload a passport copy. My parcel arrived in the UK 4 days ahead of schedule, 2 days after they shipped it for me. Will use again.

Absolutely Horrendous Service
Absolutely horrible service. If it was possible to give negative stars, I definitely would do it without thinking.
First of all, the collection of the package took two whole days to register. They don't reply frequently to emails so I was already somewhat staying vary of this company. Second, after the two days it took for them to finally update their website so it showed my package, it took relatively quick for my package to get cleared after a review and be ready to ship.
Credit is due where it's due, they did provide me with images but that's where the premium membership comes into play. I had decided to get it since I wanted to view the images hence I paid $7 but after the payment, any button I click on their website redirected me to the membership page where it prompted me to pay again. I was confused and thought the payment did not go through so I decided to pay again and VOILA! Still not working. The app was working though so for the meantime I used the app until I was able to fix the website by removing all the cookies from my browser.
Once my package was ready to ship (Mind you this package has a value of 1035 USD) I paid $88 + insurance cost included for express shipping which they claim to be 3-5 days. Lo and behold, 3-5 days had passed since I got an update. Emails were not being replied to and the tracker on their website is utter nonsense. It doesn't work.
I then got an email explaining that my package has been held due to missing ID documents, which I agree was a mistake on my part but I updated it and we were good to go, however I was then again emailed about 2 days later that my package is on hold again due to missing postal code. I agree that its my mistake for not filling it up properly but could this have not been reported in one day and finished updating within a day? it took almost 4 working days just for that. Now when I was starting to reach my limit, after another day or two they sent me another email saying that my shipment was on hold due to verification problems with the payment processor. Before this email, one of the customer service representatives Soha had talked to me on live chat and told me clearly "Sure it has been shipped" in regards to my package. Lo and behold once again, it was a lie. The same day I talked to another customer representative and he informed me that my package is on hold and will not move until payment has been verified from the payment gateway. I was like okay sure we can wait. They told me it will take a day or two, they lied again. In between these days, I was constantly trying to live chat the customer service team and ask for updates and what not. I then one day received a phone call from CCAvenue themselves asking about the payment, I confirmed it was me and talked to them. I thought to myself "Finally, it is getting accepted" but nope, this was yesterday and I contacted them today in hopes of good news but they hit me with a "A dispute has been opened".
What. What the hell is going on. I never opened a dispute case neither did I want to so randomly CCAvenue decides to open a dispute case and boxit4me claims its from my bank or my side. At this point I was getting tired of this crap and the bad customer service that I decided to book my own shipment service through DHL and have a friend living in Dubai pick it up. I called and messaged and emailed boxit4me to inform them but they start stirring up stuff like they cannot allow collection until they get approval from the concern team which I believe is a bunch of lies because they claim that the dispute case is going to hurt them financially.
It gets very confusing too, even I am confused because how come if MY payment is what is on hold and has a dispute case on it, how on earth is boxit4me going to suffer the financial charges. After multiple emails and messages confirming that I want to cancel my order, nothing has happened yet.
I've informed several members of the team that I do not wish to be a part of boxit4me anymore and will have my packages collected by a representative of mine (A friend) but then again they are trying to draw my attention away by saying that they will update me through email (Which by the way they rarely do, its always me running after them for an update). As of right now, my friend will pick up the packages in two days and I WILL update this review in accordance to what happens
Moral of my experience (incase you dont want to read all of that):
Please, do yourself a favor and switch to MYUS or STACKRY and get items shipped from the US even if it costs more. Don't bother wasting your time with this company as they will continue delaying packages and what not. Mind you, it has been almost a full week since i paid for express shipping which was supposed to get my package to me in 3-5 days yet its been almost 8 days now.
Please do yourself a favor,spend a little more money on trusted freight forwarders

I have an account with them since they started and have used them for several dozen of shipments but always I have to call them and chase them because over 90% of the time they list my parcels way over the volumetric weight and only after highlighting it to them do they correct, so, in other words, they try to get away with overcharging people (the poor customers that don't notice these overcharges). I've tolerated it and it's become a norm and I've accepted it as part of their experience but recently they threw out a parcel of mine claiming it is a prohibited item even though NOWHERE on their site/app, export country or import country does this item get mentioned as prohibited (I checked). Instead of notifying me beforehand or having the item sent back to the retailer, they post the item in my account and a week later delete it. When I reached out to them, they said "Oh, yeah it's allowed so we disposed of it" what gives them the right to throw out someone's property, not only that I told them it's not a prohibited item and they just stopped replying to me.
I have asked them to delete my account and have been chasing them for 2 weeks now and not only are they not replying to my emails but even new customer support requests are going unanswered which means they are doing it deliberately.
