Great customer service and super sturdy net!

I recently ordered a net for my balcony in London and I'm so pleased with it! Great quality, it was delivered right on time. I had a few questions about the best way to install it and the customer service was really helpful over the phone. We live in a busy area with balconies right next to ours and plenty of reasons for our cat to jump off of ours to go exploring. I can now leave the balcony doors open so he can get some fresh air, knowing he'll be safe. Super happy customer!
