Great dealing with these guys over the past few years as I have renovated my house - very helpful and accommodating (Newtown branch is where I shop). Thank you!

Brilliant supplier to deal with, the staff are always very helpful and happy to give advice. Worth checking their prices before buying from major suppliers like B&Q, Wickes etc. Competitive prices and a good range of stock available from their extensive yard.
I’m always able to get what I need for a good price, the customer service front desk is great, the timber cutting service and the lads in the yard are always really helpful too. Wish there was a branch in Telford!
We've been to Boys Boden a few times, we're just enthusiastic DIYers. On my most recent visit I needed to exact dimension planed timber. I felt it would be pure luck if those dimensions were available, but I stopped by to check. So glad I did because Lee found something close, then used the mill saw to get exactly what I needed. He was friendly, helpful and interested in our project. It didn't take long, was easy and he took care to make the cuts accurately. As a bonus, the price was very acceptable too. Wish all shopping experiences went like this.
They don’t honour their online prices, took a 40 minute round trip to buy something only to be told the price went up a week ago but they hadn’t changed their website yet, the product was a third more expensive and they wouldn’t honour their listed price. Very poor customer service and I won’t be using again or recommending.
Fab service from Boys & Boden I ordered a bulk bag of Cotswold Gravel the delivery driver was excellent and managed to drop the bag by crane in a difficult place for me. Unfortunately I didn't order enough and Boys & Boden pulled all the stops out for me to deliver another bag the very next day. Amazing value as their bulk bags hold 100kg
Instead of 850kg like most other gravel suppliers. Thanks BB the gravel looks lovely!
No reviews on here so thought I would provide the first. Great level of service. Yesterday I needed the absolute right dimensions of oak hardwood to fix an antique side board with shelving. These people trimmed it to size and all I had to do was a small final trim with a hacksaw to fit. So now up and running. Turned out bloody good value too.
