We purchased a gaming chair for our son for Christmas. I was very impressed with the email communication we received from boysstuff regarding delivery as the item wasn’t in stock but we were assured of delivery before Christmas. Consequently the original item became out of stock so without hesitation boysstuff assumed we still wanted a chair and upgraded our purchase to a higher value item at no extra cost to ourselves. We didn’t even need to contact them. The chair arrived on time and was just what we wanted, we had one very happy boy on Christmas morning. Thanks boysstuff, we wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from you again.

customer care is an oxymoron... was unhelpful and rude

Brilliant service! Was seriously struggling to get a hold of a gaming chair of reasonable price. I had to pre-order which made me a little anxious as it was a Christmas first for my son. Excellent customer service. Our choice of product was out of stuck so they Shop offered a refund or a higher spec if we wanted. Ofcourse we went for the second option. It arrived on time even though the messages affected the initial deliver date.

Ordered a gaming chair for my son for Christmas, they emailed me a few weeks later explaining that they didn’t have the one in stock that I originally ordered so would be delivering the upgraded version (£20 more expensive!) for no extra cost! Was delivered before the time slot I expected, customer service is excellent. Would definitely recommend.

I have ordered a gaming chair from this site for my son not too far from Christmas. The BoysStuff was brilliant in getting it shipped and delivered. I was a little worried at the start with the order delayes happening all across the UK, but their customer service was very helpful every time I wanted to find out how my order is doing.
I am also very pleased with the quality of the chair itself (Brazen range). It arrived well packed and the assembly instructions were easy to follow.
