Terrible service / Selfish service which customer comes second

Terrible service. Fragile parcel was left on a rainy day inside a wet mail box, which was clearly damaged without lid. Parcel was all wet and damaged.
Agent didn't try to contact home owner, despite having people at home to personally deliver the parcel. Lack of common sense, and always chosing the easy way to work. A selfish way to work which customer comes second. If the justification is too many parcels and no manpower, customer should not suffer the consequences of an obsolete company that didn't follow the demand. On top of that, whenever we, customers, raise a complaint, there is zero accountability. Instead of a humble approach we have agents knocking at door complaining. Irony is that for that reason knocking and interacting with customers is OK, and there is always time...

Ridiculously long delivery time

Ridiculously long delivery time. My package was stuck at your company for a month. The customs clearance fees (bpost) are also ridiculously high and completely disproportionate to the purchase price. I will definitely use a different delivery service next time.

It was a parcel containing three car…

It was a parcel containing three car covers. The package arrived at the pickup point completely torn open. The lady at the counter told me, 'I think there is a problem with your package.' I checked it and said, 'Well, it looks okay. The three car covers are here because they were rolling around at the bottom of the box.' So I thought there was no issue. However, while setting up one of the car covers, I noticed it was torn by a utility knife. I then checked the other two, which are still in their original packaging, and they have box cutter cuts as well. This is scandalous; this happened while it was in your custody. I find this absolutely unacceptable.

Honestly

Honestly: the neighbor was home all day, the package was not presented to him, and his doorbell works perfectly. Out of laziness, it was taken back to the post office. It clearly states: if not home, deliver to number 5.

The stipulated delivery time was not…

The stipulated delivery time was not met. My parcel was left unattended at the door (no one home). This valuable package was supposed to be taken to a pick-up point.

Additionally, a signature for receipt was made in my name (I did NOT sign this), which constitutes identity fraud.

I got the package

I got the package. But I do not like that there was a hole in the plastic bag, the packaging, as if someone was checking what is inside. It should not take place. A damage packaging report should have been attached to my package.
