Item not received on time
I placed my order 9 days ago and After 9 days I still haven't received my order. The advertisment " delivered between 2-7 days"is false. Instead of beeing worry free shopping, it is actually worst because we don't have any informations regarding the status of our shippment and we cannot reach anyone. I would not recommend it at all.

We try our best to answer all emails within 24h, which admittedly don’t always manage during the Holiday season, but your mail was answered well within this time frame.
You managed to choose to have your package delivered to a company, even though the address you chose was a private address. An honest mistake since you doesn’t seem to read Swedish.
The courier company tried to contact you for arrange delivery a week ago, but got no response.
I have sent you the contact information to the courier, and they have promised to deliver the parcel as soon as you establish contact.
