Internal bin with a supposedly 10 year…

Internal bin with a supposedly 10 year warranty rusty after 3 years. I no longer have the debenhams receipt for this. Customer service refuse to even buy a replacement part as I don't have any receipt.

Yet I gave serial number which I'd hope would offer some traceability but no.

Unlikely to be buying brabantia in the future

Awful company

Awful company. They sell products with a ‘10 year warranty’ but won’t send any parts out. Bin lid breaks, and they want £40(!!!) plus shipping just for a replacement lid. Absolute con artists

Absolutely fantastic service

Absolutely fantastic service. Had a little problem with my bin lid which I bought in 2016!! Yes 2016. Rang Brabantia and spoke to Ruth who was so very helpful and she confirmed I had a 10 year guarantee so would send me a new bin lid. Where else can you get 10 year guarantees on kitchen bins??? Nowhere…their products last forever. Thank you Ruth x

The poorest client support EVER!

The poorest client support in the world!
The 10 years warranty is obviously just a marketing tool to make you buy their products. I paid over £100 for a laundry bin and less then a year the material is in such a horrible shape however they said they can’t do anything about it.
Their products are nice looking however the customer service is sucks!

I have a Brabantia 60 litre bin which I have had for at least 15 years. Recently the lid failed to clip shut.
I contacted Brabantia and to my surprise they sent me out a replacement clip totally free - amazing customer service from Jo Pursall at Brabantia 👍

From spare part to brand new product

Almost 3 years ago I purchased a Pedal Bin on their official website. Unfortunately, the pedal system broke. I wrote down an email to the custom service asking for the broken spare part to replace (without any receipt nor proof of purchase) and they sent a brand new product!!!
I really appreciated the professional service they offered.

Purchased a brilliant Rotary Drier in…

Purchased a brilliant Rotary Drier in 2019 and have just made a warranty claim due to a twisted arm on it!
Email response back from Jo within a couple of days of sending the photos through the website claim form, apologies for the delay & a new one due to be sent out in two to three days- couldn’t be better, thank you Jo P.

Usually experience very high standard…

Usually experience very high standard of service from Brabantia , however this time i have sent an email and had no response which is disappointing. Also they do not now accept calls from customers ( how dare a customer expect to talk to a human rather than wait for a response that has not been forthcoming .
Brabantia's previous high standards seem to be a thing of the past .

Great custer service

Bought a wall mounted rotary washing line a year ago, one of the arms had gotten bent. Contacted their support team, not only were they fast and friendly, they also supplied me with a brand new product. I've been happy with thr product and I can now say I'm happy with the service they provide.

Brabantia products are pretty but…

Brabantia products are pretty but quality isn't very good. They will rust quickly, pedals on trash cans break easily.
Not worth the price they cost.
Look like crap very quickly.
I owned several so I could see all this first hand.

Brabantia Bo Bin Touch & dreadful customer service

How to start? Stay away from Brabantia, shocking customer service!

I really trusted this company until we had a problem with one of the products purchased from themselves and that proved they don't care about their customers but only false advertise their products!

We purchased a Brabantia Bo Touch Bin price tag £250 approximately 2 years ago. Brabantia advertised as the bin comes with peace of mind 10 years warranty. However both bin buckets are starting to have cracks, one broke and the bin lid cannot be closed as the bucket won't sit properly in the compartment.

We have raised a warranty claim to Customer service and kindly ask for replacement bucket(s), however Brabantia rejected due to "wear&tear".

Nowhere in the warranty terms states about the "wear&tear" however they wash their hands easily.

Also, other people complained about the bin buckets in reviewing the Bin too this show us how poor they are manufactured!

Its clearly that you should stay away from this fake company and their products as even if you have 100 years warranty when you buy a product from them you cannot use it! The item must be boxed to develop a fault in the box, and then maybe they will accept to replace it instead of making up a "wear&tear" reason!

I will be writing a formal complaint shortly after leaving this review and I hope someone competent from the management will take ownership and respond in writing to it, and explain what exactly the warranty covers, as it seems like they are not following their own T&C's.

It would've been much easier to spend £250 buying 5 bins priced at £50 each that only comes with 2 years warranty and then would last 10 years instead of buying an expensive bin from Brabantia that cannot be used within 2 years!

I am very disappointed and I would take this further as the customer service received so far is appalling!

I do not recommend Brabantia to anyone!

Brabantia wall fix mounted rotary…

Brabantia wall fix mounted rotary washing storage box. Everything seem OK. Until the top and bottom plastic covers have damaged on the doors. Contacted customer services who were very helpful and were unable to help me in sourcing replacement parts. Which should be available has a service part. Now using without storage box.

Highly Excellent Service

Fantastic customer service from Jo

Fantastic customer service from Jo. She responded very promptly to the customer service request and handled the issue quickly, efficiently and politely. Jo provided a generous "goodwill" replacement part after damage which wasn't covered by the warranty. I didn't expect that and was extremely grateful.
