The neck/wrist wrap is great. The ice packs get very cold. Being able to strap it on let's me move around instead of having to like down to I've my neck. It's wonderful! I love it. Thank you.

I ordered a knee brace and received it promptly. Next Wednesday I will use the brace to find out if it keeps my knee cap in place while bowling.

Brace came with pin missing from a strap.
Called and they said they would send out a couple of buckles that day and I would have them tomorrow.
Three days later no buckles, useless brace.

Like to update. After calling again got a return call from BIB. Guy said he looked into order and found it was just dropped . No excuses. Said I would receive order next day and I got it about 10:00AM

My order came pretty quick. The brace wasn't the right fit. Wearing it actually caused me to be in more pain. Apparently the return policy includes a 15% restocking fee and I also had to pay to have them shipped back. Which I don't think is fair cause how was I supposed to know that it wasn't going to fit me. My order was just under $100. I lost just about $30 and I still don't have the brace that I need.
