My Mother has used this garage for many years and every time is given exceptional service.
The few times I've driven in when the cars been lit up like Blackpool beach, they've quickly checked it over and sorted the issue to allow me to get to work.
As a self-employed person this type of service is invaluable to me.
Ricki, Luke and the rest of the crew have on occasions go above and beyond what has been needed to get a better outcome.
I fully recommend this garage. Just a shame they don't do bikes!

Worst experience ever had in my life with mot and service of my car. Never use these guys ever again. Completely ripped off!!!

I would like to say thank you to the team from Eco Test, Great Hollands Mot and Servicing partner garage, for there kindness towards my wife, she was struggling with her steering pulled into the garage, she had her own power steering fluid but was unsure how to top it up being a new driver. And the guys where more then happy to help and also didn’t charge her even tho she didn’t purchase the fluid from them. By doing this for her it allowed her to continue on her journey more importantly preventing damage that could have been caused to her steering. Was very nice of them to take a few minutes of there time and knowledge to help, I’d highly recommend this garage to others knowing there a kind friendly garage. There could have just know or wanted to book her in and charge for an inspection instead I’ll be going back there now in the future.

My experience with this garage has been absolutely faultless. From my very first enquiry about the car, the service has been exceptional. Every member of staff I’ve interacted with, whether as a first point of contact or otherwise, has been professional, friendly, and helpful.

What truly stands out is their commitment to going the extra mile. Even when faced with specific requests or questions they weren’t sure about, they took the time to find the answers and always got back to me promptly.

Very disappoint left my car at the garage for an MOT and for rear pads to be replaced.On leaving the garage 10 minutes later to see my car being driven towards me on the my way home ! I was told it was to get the engine hot, the fact I driven from Ascot seemed strange!
Later I received and email saying my car had failed the MOT due to track rod end the cost to repair £284. I enquired if the brakes had been done to be told no. So how do you do an MOT when the pads need replacing ? So I decided to collect the car and had the track rod end elsewhere at £100.Also told my AC needed a service £159.98 this had been done including a re-gas only 3 weeks ago. Not happy !!

Our Jaguar XF broke down on the motorway and we thought it was due to excessive oil (10+ Litres). The initial repair shop quoted £6700 to replace the Exhaust & Turbo with no guarantee it would fix the problem. We towed the car to Great Hollands and they were able to inspect it almost immediately. They discovered the problem right away , a broken DPF. Paul was kind, professional and explained the problems very well. We were back on the road in a couple of days vs facing a potential write-off. Definitely use them again.

Absolute rip off! Charged £90 to plug in fault code reader without being asked then charged extra to “fix” the issue. Collected the car and the fault came back the same day. Advised it will need a new turbo and manifold due to carbon build up costing £2,000. Took the car for a second opinion and the other garage plugged in the fault code reader and found it was a loose air flow pipe and didn’t even charge to fix it. I will never use these guys again, absolute waste of money!

After having an MOT at a different centre that was unable to do repairs, I went to Great Hollands MOT for a quote on the advisories. After speaking to Paul and David, it became clear I was required to bring my campervan in for a more precise quote. Whilst there it was given a FREE health check and I was given a very competitive quote for the advisories and informed that the work did not need to be done immediately . Unbelievably honest and professional firm. I just wish I'd gone there in the first place and now look forward to taking my treasured camper to them in the future. 5*****
