Checkbook cover material was striped and crooked. Customer service had a new one sent to me at no extra cost and it was perfect! Happy Camper checks and cover are a great set!

I ordered the checks because they were cheaper
I ordered the checks because they were about $15 cheaper than those offered by my bank. I was charged an additional $16 one month after receiving the checks. So I did not save any money by ordering their checks. However, the checks are as described.

Reordered checks and never received…
Reordered checks and never received them. The tracking shows delivered but they never got to me. I had to face the hassle of closing my checking account and opening a new one. How can a company send such a personal parcel without signature required is beyond my understanding. I would never recommend them. Pay a little extra and order checks directly from your bank. It will save you from a big headache.
...Just an update after their reply asking me to reach them. It has been done already and they offered to send me new checkbooks. I just said No Thank You, and demanded a refund because now some stranger should already have my full name, address, bank name and account number. It was a big hassle closing my account after so many years and opening a new one. Would never order from them again, even if free of charge.
