ood quality product but disappointed…

Good quality product but disappointed with access into cabinet as door construction causes issue. Bit of overkill as rest of cabinet ample strength to do the job needed. Said it would take a rifle with scope, but no, still got to store upside down and sideways to fit, but got it now

Took a gun in that needed a repair done…

Took a gun in that needed a repair done to it and left contact details for them to get back to me, a week had passed and heard nothing so I rang them to find out what was happening, was basically told they had heard nothing and was told to ring gun shops to see if any of them had scrapped a gun of the same make to get the part off…. A simple phone call would have been nice to let me know. Basically if it’s not a high end gun they aren’t bothered with it

It was nothing to do with gentelmans shotgun not being high end, Unfortunately the UK distributor for Lincoln shotguns is no longer supplying spares, which is a shame as the part needed would have been a simple fix. We have made a few enquiries to a couple of gunsmiths to see if they had the part from old guns, with no luck so far.

Good communication from the shop but let down by communication from manufacturer and not advising when they will be delivering.
