I have shopped here for three years and have never been disappointed.
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the product range is excellent.
Products are priced sensibly too!
I buy raw food for my Frenchie and the exact same product in the bigger corporate stores are significantly more expensive!
They also have plants and shrubs for sale and these are great quality.

Badlands Pet Supplies is a real gem of an independent store. They have a good variety of quality stuff and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. I can't fault them. Highly recommend.

Broadlands are superb! Their staff are always knowledgeable and helpful and my little dog is always welcome in store. We are lucky to have a pet supply store on our doorstep, and I highly recommend them. With their loyalty scheme and friendly approach I would pick them over other larger chains any day.

Great service with helpful staff! Nothing is ever too much trouble even when you’re asking for certain types of food for a very demanding corgi! It’s always great to be able to take the dogs in and have a bit of socialisation for them whilst getting lots of love and attention as well as the odd treat.

Disappointed, bought a silver tip shark for my tank on Saturday, 3 days later it appeared to suffer swim bladder, went in today and the owner was so dismissive, oh that’s the trouble with swim bladder it can happen at any time. Clearly not interested in customer service. I would not recommend this business

I have been ordering from Bradlands every two weeks since the beginning of November 2020 for my dogs raw food, I have been thoroughly impressed every time with their exceptional customer service and attention to detail. I would 100% recommend them to anyone! Many thanks to the whole team 😊

One of the best raw dog food suppliers in the area with a well designed website that you can actually order products from, which makes it soo much more convenient especially with COVID. The staff are also really lovely and knowledgeable about raw feeding. Definitely recommend buying from Bradlands.

Absolutely love this shop and the staff. They can’t help you enough. The selection of foods and treats is by for the best. All good quality, and our dogs love going in to help themselves to which treats they want.
