Worse experience ever
Worse experience of a business ever. Keep scratching ourselves on the stair carpet grips. At 43 years old in my experience places with money tend to have snooty residents. Since moving to Newton Le Willows however surprisingly however its been quite the opposite. That is until we came accross this shop. Since walking in the store their whole pretentious attitude was disgusting. They obviously do quite well for themselves but strut around speak to you line they dont care whether you get their custom or not.
After visiting the store this put me right off so i left with no intention in coming back. However, after giving my job up to care for a sick wife and baby who had heart surgery thus recent move has been really difficuly financially. Therefore we got some help through our housing to supply the carpets and unfortunately they use this company.
When the gentlemam arrived to the house looking like a homeless man i told him please excuse the mess we just moved in and im decorating doing everything myself. I explained the room would be empty when they cone to do it. When he left i had to later gobto the shop to pick the carpets because they dont have the sense to bring samples.
When i arrived to the same store and pretentious atmosphere i was told that the room being done would need to be emptied and i explained i literally just told you this. Then i had to wait for approval from housing when this happen they rang us and spoke to my partner and again says in a snooty attitude to make sure that the room was empty honestly tbeor whole demeanour stinks will never set foot in here again!!
As for the job its self the guy fitting was pleasant enough done a tacky job we keep scratching ourselves on the stairs and not sure about the door strip though placing on over an existing one looks tacky
