Update - the gloves have now arrived - in December. An absolute bargain with the Black Friday savings and they are BEAUTIFUL.

Excellent customer service.
Emailed the sales team to find out when a certain product would be in stock as I was ordering Christmas presents, and not only did I get responses from times out of business hours, but they were incredibly nice and helpful.
They even let me place an order for items that would be in stock on the website in a few days just to make sure I would get them for Christmas.
Honestly by far the best customer service I've ever experienced.
Products haven't been tried and tested yet, however they look amazing and I can't wait for my mother to unwrap and use.
