This company are a bunch of thieves and they dont even answer their calls avoid at all cost.

DO NOT USE 'BRAND DESIGN EXPERTS'! Paid for the Gold service, received 12 poor logos within 36 hours, only really had one option and requested 4 minor amendments, only two were completed by the following day. I have chased for 5 working days and had nothing back. I have escalated this with Paypal to see if I can get my money back. Advertised as Gold service, but in reality it is anything but!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

About six months back i did ask them to design my logo for my company
after several attempts they kept coming up with sub standard and poor designs, after long delays, there cummunication is very poor i had to keep asking them did you do any work on my design and it took them about a week to come back to me every time, with some sub standard poor designs taken of standard template

Till this day about 6 to 8 Months on i have noe been able to get any proper design from them, i designed my own design and am using it,
be aware of this site as they come across as in there web page is very professional but, the reality is far from it

They have not sent me a single Email since about 5 months now , but they have taken there fees upfront

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT ANY QUALITY DESIGN AND DONT WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY

This company is excellent in customer service and they simply make your dreams come to life I was scared at first because of all the reviews but when I spoke to them on the phone so courteous so I went ahead tobdo my order with them they actually tailor made a package for what I wanted , and for me my experience has been brilliant, I'm very fussy so they had to deal with me carefully and attentively which they didnt find difficult at all , I praised them all the way , I changed my design so many times they kept saying they understand

Easy to place an order, quick response and good designs. Value for money! Recommended

Had to chase them to get the logos as they seemed to have forgotten about me.
Out of the 6 logo designs after a very clear brief as to what should not appear on the logo 2 had the very same thing. 2 were absolute write off and 2 were just about worth second look.
Managed to get a decent logo but don't expect customer service as they don't have a clue.
Worst of all I have been trying to get a copy of the invoice - emailed numerous times (no one ever acknowledges the email). Spoke with someone online who always promises "this will be with you by EOD tomorrow" but this never happens...
I still don't have this invoice -last thing I was sent was a packaging slip which isn't an invoice last time I checked...

AVOID this company at all cost!!!

I ordered "Design + Print: Full Stationery Kit" costing in at the beginning of September and by the end of November still have received all of my product.

The one star is for a logo design that I eventually got and decided to use as a lesser of all evils. It took FAR LONGER than their website advertised, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After chasing them up for a bout 3 weeks I finally had a design and certificate of copyright.

Then came the next nightmare of trying to get my stationary kit. I was sent some really poor stationary designs that could have been done by anyone on a simple word doc or design software. I asked them to make a redesign on my business card to make it look more professional and eye catching - they added a green curvy line. Eventually I decided to accept the poor effort they had made as I need stationary for my business. I was then told I would be getting in the post, but it never arrived. I contacted them via online chat throughout the month and each time was told I would receive it on a date within a week. The dates came and passed with no package. I have been in touch again this morning (25/11/2016) and told again it will be with me by next Thursday. I always ask for a tracking number which they promise will be emailed...... but the email never arrives.

I have now decided to cut my losses and go elsewhere for my business cards and stationary. I am writing this as a heads up for anyone else wanting a logo and stationary service so that they can avoided wasted time and money - GO ELSE WHERE!!!!

On top of that they are also advertising a Black Friday Sale - the sale price is the same I paid in September and the same that has been advertised everyday since. They have just added a higher price next to it and put a line through it........... Trading Standards????????
