I will spare the details because it’ll be exhausting to get into, but long of the short is that this company is atrocious when it comes to customer support. They have no concern for their customer experience whatsoever and they shouldn’t be allowed to be in business. I couldn’t be more disappointed with them.

One of the worst companies for customer service I’ve ever come across. Still waiting for my e-commerce store to be set up, meanwhile my catalog subscription is ticking away over 2 weeks of nothing. Nobody picks the phone, they don’t bother replying to email or online chats. They said said The e-commerce shop takes 15 working days, the question is WHY? If a customer is buying this service, surely it should all begin at the same time. Unless you have the patience of a saint and don’t mind wasting your time waiting around I suggest you don’t do business with them.

They make you believe they are the best in Europe. At first it answers emails but once you have more answers. You are led to believe that there is a computer failure when in fact there is not, after checking with their IT partners. They're liars, they wasted my time and money. They don't answer the phone and when they do it it's to make you believe that everything is fine when it's not at all.

This is the biggest dropshipping scam in the world.

Don't work with them, they're incompetent and they never answer the phone.

Again and again, writing mails but nothing. This is total scam and I will write in all forums for them and in all websites that they advert them. Brandsdistribution is a total scam, be careful, they will get your money and they will do nothing. They will stop answering to your emails. Now I'm trying to get my money back, because it's been almost a month since I paid for ecommerce and has no website and nobody is answering to my mail. Scam SCAM SCAM.

Brandsdistirbution is probably the best illusionist in the world. Before you become their customer they will pitch you the dream and how amazing everything will work. BUT once you have signed up to one of their "dropship" packages they will ignore you like a rotten tomato.
They don't offer any support what so ever. I have now waited over 30 days to get my e-commerce package delivered. Which btw cost me over 1000€ and nothing has been delivered to me.
I seriously think the biggest revenue stream they have for the company is from suckers like me that pay for their dropship service.
They are proud to have over 1,000 dropship partners but I wonder how many of those are actually happy with their service and how overfilled the market must be with their inventory.

I'm trying to get in touch with them for 2 days and ask some questions about the dropshiping system because they are from Romania and the delivery is not done directly to the client and how does this system work and nobody responds to me mail and when I talk to Ariana give some links but are not enough to start a collaboration.

Lucyna was nice answering my questions until I paid over 1000pounds for their 1years package,registered new company and VAt for their and has spent over 3000pounds at the moment with a big hope,they are killing my hustling spirit imagine realizing this morning after getting on hold over phone that this guyz has been reading all my emails and did not bother to reply nor ask for clarification if they did not understand any thing,the girl in question seems rude and answered with a rude voice like YES..if I wasn't connect by lucyna whom I have been speaking to I wouldn't believe I was speaking to some one in business.All I was asked was if a little customization can be added to the web they are offering which I was willing to pay.this people are not serious and may put you in risk with your customers.I believed their advert and went to make a big arrangement and the bills are already accumulating and this guyz don't bother to work me through.this my rating for now and I might be editing it later on as am waiting for an email from them after the phone call this morning

I signed up recently after many nice supporters had time enough for me BEFORE i signed up, then AFTER signing up - all my emails are ignored.... and i put my whole life savings in this project!!!!
I try to ask about general things like help with shipping details because i need to make some test buys to see if they actually send my customers the items they purchase!
I have been writing almost 10-15 emails with questions, i have been chatting with their supporters who cannot answer anything and they keep refer to others when they dont know the answer themselves. Im stuck here with a 6 months plan, a launch of webshop in a few days and still there are questions i need to know.

When chatting with a supporter, they suddenly get off the chat and leave me sitting for hours, sometimes 6-7 hours with no answer. I asked Arianna (supporter) if i could ask someone else, but she said no, theres only her. But if she dont know how to keep up with the customers, why cant she just leave me with someone who can.

I put my money there... and if they dont step up and help me through this now, i will do everything i can to stop other subscibers to sign up, by going to the press. I am a mom of two, and i put all i had in this project and i expect a little respect for putting money to their business.

Good customer service, quick on delivery! Dropped one star because of the lack of payment on invoice choice is limited and would be easier for a bigger company as we are.

I recently send this email:
"In regards of someone i work for i have some questions about dropshipping.
I exported an csv file of products for a woocommerce webshop and there are a few problems.
1. There is no model name only brand name and a code, but this is normal is guess? So i would have to manually give theme a name of their product line or something?
2. It doesn't give any sizes. Would i have to do this also manually?
3. If i do the sizes manually how do i keep in check that the product is (still) available in that size?

Right now it seems that i would have to do a lot manually and it won't be cost effective.
Are there any solutions for this? I looked at the plugin but that doesn't seem to help with the product names and sizes?"

And I haven't heard back yet.

As the project is under a tight deadline we would like to have a solution for this. If not possible, we would like our money refunded as we have right too according to digital purchase laws for an European citizen.
